Mountain Chalet has the space most rentals in Snowline don’t. Four private bedrooms plus a loft of bunks, big common areas, and room for everyone to spread out.

Recently refreshed with new floors, furniture, and lighting, it’s clean and comfortable after a day outdoors. Not a luxury lodge, but one of the best-equipped and best-value homes in the community, with hot tub, pellet stove, full kitchen, and prime location close to the slopes.

Fantastic family option for Baker, we had 10 all up to ski and the house was perfect for cooking dinners, eating and relaxing after a day on the slopes. Amazing option at the base of Baker in Glacier. Would stay again and recommend to everyone.

Chris was very accommodating and helped us navigate Internet outages and highway closure. He was very generous and offered an extra night to allow us the option to ski once the highway opened. The house and location worked out great for my group!

Mt. Baker

Great location, beautiful views. Was perfect for what we needed and made memories of a lifetime. Host was very nice and communication was wonderful.

Awesome Place!

We had a great stay here on a weekend trip away to Mount Baker! Fully stocked kitchen, hot tub was awesome, hang out area was separate from the bedrooms which was nice, and a large table for big dinners. Not a lot of photos of the rooms so we weren't sure what to expect, but there was ample bed space for all. Was an awesome stay!

Great cozy ski cabin

The cabin is very cozy and had all of the amenities we needed. My family of 10 went to visit Mt. Baker to do some skiing and the house was great to come back to. Kids had tons of fun playing hide and seek, playing in the hot tub, and playing board games together. Would definitely come back again!

Loved the coziness!

Great spot for a group trip up to Baker! Half of our crew stayed behind to sit by the fire or in the hot tub, explore the area and just have some time to relax. The other half went up to Baker for two AMAZING ski days - excellent conditions! Note that Baker Ski Area is still a 30-minute drive away, so plan accordingly.All in all, this place was great and we'd definitely consider it again for a future group/family trip!

Short weekend getaway

Overall, it was a great stay. The property owners were great and responsive. Always taking the time to talk to me. Check-in was great, location and directions were wonderful. The community felt safe and secure. The rental was cozy, but not as nice as the pictures made it look. The pictures were not recent. The place has some issues that need to be addressed, and feels a little neglected..

Thanks for the kind words and for taking the time to leave a review. I’m really glad you had a great stay overall and that check-in, the location, and the community all worked well for you. I’m sorry to hear the place didn’t quite live up to what you expected from the photos as that’s definitely not the experience I want anyone to have. We’ve actually put a lot into the home recently and continue to do so. Over just the past two years We’ve replaced all the flooring throughout the home, swapped out most of the downstairs furniture and had everything repainted but as a spot that hosts up to 14 people, mostly skiers and hikers, it does get some wear and tear pretty fast. That said, I absolutely take your feedback seriously and really appreciate you pointing it out. We’ll keep working on it! Thanks again for staying. I hope you had a great trip overall and would love to host you again sometime.

Warm and welcoming. Great location and super convenient to Baker Ski Area! The house was perfect for our stay. Spacious kitchen, and great dining space for all guests. Upstairs is quiet and very comfortable. The 2 full baths upstairs are very convenient. The hot tub right outside the backdoor made for several hot tub sessions. Chair 9 Sports bar is walking distance and a must for any stay. We will be back.
