* Weather-related events are beyond our control and do not qualify for refunds unless a mandatory evacuation order is issued.

* Maximum occupancy must match the guest count on your reservation.
* No unregistered guests or visitors are allowed on the property at any time
* If the number of people on the property exceeds the number listed on the reservation, a $500 per unauthorized guest, per night fee will apply for each night of the reservation.
* Quiet hours begin at 10PM. A signed Truvi verification is required for all stays.
* Please do not dye, bleach, tint, or color hair anywhere inside the property. Hair dye products can permanently stain bathtubs, sinks, countertops, towels, linens, and other surfaces, resulting in costly repairs and replacements. Any stains or damage caused by hair coloring products will result in additional cleaning, repair, or replacement charges being assessed to the responsible guest.

- The Pond adds to the beautiful view but we don't advise swimming in it and if water levels are really low in the summer, the pond can be very shallow or even dry out.

- strictly NO refunds will be issued for any unavailable amenities, power outages, water shortages, flooding, snow, nearby construction, or mandatory evacuations ordered by local authorities due to hurricanes or other events considered acts of God or nature.
