The perfect house for the perfect vacation! Patti was an awesome host! Great location for the beach and Times Square. House was clean and pool area was perfect for the kids.

The pictures do not even show how beautiful this house is! It is absolutely exquisite. The entire property was immaculate had everything you could possibly want for a relaxing stay at the beach. Fantastic location and the street was very quiet. Patti was amazing and we are looking forward to booking her property in the future.

Very well decorated cozy beach cottage. Easy walk to the beach and TimesSquare restaurants and activities. Bed was super comfortable and kitchen well appointed for cooking in. Pool area was like a private high end spa. Outside shower and half bath right next to the pool. We will definitely be back to this property!

Property was clean, fantastic location and close to everything (beach, ice cream, bike rentals, restaurants). Pool and landscape in fenced back yard was very beautiful!! Kitchen well equipped with everything needed and decorated with great taste!Only con: needed extra blankets/linens and wash cloths/towels.

Winter vacation

This cozy little cottage was absolutely perfect and patti was the best host .we had an awesome time enjoying the pool and all the comforts of home , we definitely hope to be back , thank you

Charming Cottage steps from beach 🏖️

Stayed for weekend with family. The cottage was lovely and in walking distance to the beach. Enjoyed the private pool as well. Exactly what we wanted.

Beach house

Beyond happy with this cute little beach house. The interior is very clean, cozy and bright. It included everything we needed. The backyard and pool area is arranged perfectly and so nicely done. We enjoyed our stay at the beach house.

Magical

when you walk back from the beach that's a block away, you'll feel like you're still there at this beach house! I found it to be absolutely perfect. The pictures honestly don't do it justice. Patti is legit the best host of any property rental place by far. Don't even think just book!

This home was perfect, it’s close to time square and walkable to restaurants and bars. The home was clean and mostly stocked with what you need on vacation. The only feedback I have is that extra blankets would be nice, I ended up buying a throw blanket to have in sitting area. I would most definitely rent again in future!!! Oh and the backyard and pool are such a blessing. However the pool was too warm not refreshing but nice at night for a swim before bed

Definitely one of my favorite properties I’ve stayed at on Fort Myers Beach. Miramar St is an excellent location and a very short walk to the beach, restaurants, and entertainment, but also a nice quiet neighborhood. The neighbors are friendly and the host, Patti is wonderful. She was very responsive and considerate. This home is the best balance of cozy beach cottage comfort and new amenities. Great private pool and backyard area. The pool is perfect and the shower, kitchenette, and bathroom by the pool are so helpful! Parking was ample and the home was well stocked inside and out. Would absolutely stay again!
