We regret the issue with the water pressure in the primary bathroom and understand how sharing a single bathroom may have disrupted your plans — we’ve already scheduled a plumber to inspect and resolve the issue. We’ve also addressed the loose back deck door handle to ensure it no longer presents a safety concern. Regarding the check-in process, I completely understand how frustrating it must have been to arrive after a long drive and experience delays with the access code.
