Awesome family reunion.

This house has everything... TVs in each room, comfortable beds, fully stocked kitchen, and plenty of room for the entire family. Would definitely come back to this beautiful home.

Wonderful stay

This House is beautiful inside. The garage and front porch make great gatherings areas. We were in town for a funeral and had lots of company. Not once did our stay seem crowded. Very spacious!! Look forward to booking again in the future.

Great Place!

This property was all that and more. Beautiful home, clean, and spacious! The kids loved the ping pong table and miniature pool table. Only drawback is we wished it would have been on the water rather than in a residential area which we did know about before hand.

Gorgeous and spacious!

The house is beautiful and the beds are comfortable My only recommendations would be for more outside chairs to use in the garage. We spent a lot of time out there and most of the seating was folding chairs.

Immaculate house, clean, well equipped, excellent floor plan, great location. Short walk to the beach, playgrounds, restaurants, shopping, nightlife. But why leave this outstanding VRBO!!! We will definitely be booking agin! Loved everything and such a great experience! Thank you!!!

New, Spacious, Beautiful!!

Sure, here's an updated version of your VRBO review: --- We had a fantastic long weekend at this well-built and thoughtfully designed home in Clear Lake! The house is spacious and very well-equipped, providing everything we needed for a comfortable stay. However, we did notice a couple of areas for improvement. Currently, there is no street-side recycling cart, only a garbage cart, which made recycling a bit inconvenient. Additionally, it seems there is only one set of sheets provided, and guests are asked to launder and fold them before the 11am checkout time. Overall, we had a great experience and would recommend this home, but a few minor adjustments could make it even better.

Thank you for the feedback and glad you enjoyed. Like I had mentioned through messaging, we ask that you do start the laundry, we are in the process of installing a second washer/dryer in the basement to help with our turnovers. Turnover is only 4 hours and if no laundry is started than we are unable to get 7 hours worth of laundry plus making sure the rugs, comforters are ready for the next guest. I apologize but this has been the first from renters that this is an issue to start laundry before leaving. We will take this into consideration but want renters to enjoy as much time in the rental as possible and not have to check out earlier or check in later in the day. Beautiful home with lots of space to spread out. Comfortable beds, kitchen filled with all the essentials, and fun extras (ping-pong and foosball tables) made for an amazing stay. Hope to stay again! Thank you!
