A home-style, safe and gated, family friendly, AC accommodation located at the heart of Dauis-Panglao Island.
It is 9 minutes drive to famous Hinagdanan Cave and Bohol Bee Farm, 12 minutes drive to Panglao International Airport, nearby Alona Beach and 10 minutes drive to other renowned beautiful white sand beaches in Panglao Island, Bohol.
It is 13 minutes drive to Downtown, Tagbilaran City.
The space:
The newly completed 2-Storey Townhome at La Priscilla Homes is ideal for those looking for a quite and relaxing accommodation in Bohol.
Guests will rent the entire place and has 2 private bedrooms, private kitchen, private living and dining areas, gated and ample space parking.
Public transport is available to/from the Highway at a couple of minutes interval.
Private transport for small and big group is provided with additional cost and depending on availability. Booking of private transport is at least 1 week advance to secure service.
Guest access:
Guest will rent the entire house provided with the following:
Fast and unlimited access of internet/wifi.
Kitchen with all necessary utensils, refrigerator, mineral water with dispenser, rice cooker, induction cooker and other cooking facilities.
2 Spacious and Air Conditioned Bedrooms:
Master Room with Toilet & Bath and a Common Room. Rooms are cozy and quite places as both are provided with split type Air Conditioners.
Living room is provided with Smart TV where Netflix and YouTube are always available.
2 Toilet & Bath with quality fixtures, 1 in Master Bedroom, and 1 on the ground floor.
The entire house is fully equipped with lockable windows and screens.
Other things to note:
Caretaker will collect and return upon check-out any valid identification card from one of the guests for proper check-out and for subdivision's security policy purposes.
