Exceptional quality and craftsmanship with tons of light flowing into the structure. Several doors and windows throughout the property with an attached garage. Full mud room with laundry. Master bedroom located upstairs with small office and gorgeous master bathroom with shower and large bathtub with mountain vistas. Entire property sits on a 1 acre lot with new landscaping. Downstairs has two bedrooms which share a full bath. Also there is a 1/2 bathroom downstairs. Gourmet kitchen with Wolf gas range makes cooking truly a pleasure. Outside fire pit and inside fireplace in the living room which has a big screen tv that swivels into the wall. Near Pine Creek Lodge which is a true treasure in Paradise Valley and the Sage Lodge. Long driveway and attached garage with access into the property near the mud room which has brand new washer and dryer. If you are seeking privacy and tranquility with easy access to town 15 minutes away and the Yellowstone river with private access, this is your place to stay. 30 day minimum and 90 day maximum stays.

この宿泊施設のオーナーになった理由
Being from Miami, there is no change in climate or topography. Paradise Valley is unlike any other area in the United States. The scenery is amazing and the location is ideal for fly fishing, hiking, skiing, cross country skiing, snowmobiling, exploring nature and wilderness, quick access to hot Springs and Yellowstone National Park! The town of Livingston is historic and besides amazing restaurants there are independently owned boutique stores for every concerning shopper. Livingston is only 30 minutes to Bozeman and approximately 50 minutes to Big Sky. The property is approximately 45 minutes from the entrance to Yellowstone National Park.

The architect who designed this house was awarded a prominent architectural award. The light that is captured throughout the day, reflecting off of the wood floors and high ceilings provides not only an environment of peace, but also brilliant. The views of the mountains from the house are spectacular. It is a short walk to private access to the Yellowstone river, where you can hike upon the shoreline and do whatever other river activities you desire. The property is approximately 15 minute drive from downtown Livingston and approximately a 20 minute drive to Chico, Hot Springs Pine Creek Lodge, which is an amazing venue is approximately a 10minute drive.
