It's SERENDIPITOUS that you're here! Step into this beautifully restored 2-bedroom, 2.5-bath treasure nestled within the historic Mill House built in 1890. Spanning two levels, this condo blends spacious living areas with original hardwood floors and charming historical touches, all bathed in natural light. Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen and a cozy living space before heading upstairs to unwind with a relaxing jacuzzi bath and a restful night’s sleep after a long day of Montana exploration.
Serendipity House is professionally managed by Cole Property Management, a Livingston, Montana based high-touch, high-service property management company. We are available via Airbnb or other booking platform messaging, email, phone or text should guests have requests before, during or after their visit. Please do not hesitate to reach out!
Serendipity House is centrally located in a spacious 4-unit complex in the heart of downtown Livingston. The green space is shared with neighbors and we encourage you to spread out and relax outdoors in the courtyard or catch a sunrise or sunset from the deck.
The entire Serendipity House condo is yours to enjoy, including the shared courtyard with the other condos on the Mill House property. Your condo comes with a designated parking space and a permit for the lot on 2nd Street. Free street parking is also available, but please note the 2-hour limit from 9am to 5pm on weekdays. Guests may load and unload in the alley however parking is not permitted there. Please note, there is no garage access.
Serendipity House is a charming, downtown loft located in the Mill House, originally built in the 1890s as the Livingston Lumber Company. Now fully restored, this exclusive building offers a unique blend of old-world charm and modern luxury. The private courtyard is shared with just three other condos, providing a peaceful retreat in the heart of downtown Livingston.
Spanning over 1,600 square feet on the second floor, Serendipity House is bathed in natural light from expansive floor-to-ceiling windows. The spacious, open-concept and fully stocked kitchen and dining area make meal preparation a breeze, while the living area provides a perfect spot to enjoy the sunrise over downtown buildings.
Upstairs, you’ll find two cozy bedrooms, including a master with a comfortable king bed and a second bedroom with two twin beds. Both rooms are equipped with Roku TVs for your entertainment. After a day of exploring the outdoors, unwind in the master suite’s luxurious jacuzzi tub and walk-in shower. The upper level also includes a convenient laundry area with vintage doors and an additional full bath.
You're in the heart of it all here at Serendipity House! Take a leisurely walk downtown to discover Livingston’s shops, galleries and dining options or venture out for quick excursions to the surrounding area. Bozeman is just a 30-minute drive to the west and the famous Yellowstone National Park is just an hour’s drive south, with two local hot springs, some great eateries and breathtaking Paradise Valley scenery along the way.

Vintage Luxury Condo is centrally located in downtown Livingston, with shops, restaurants and attractions all within walking, biking or driving distance. It’s just a short stroll to Sacajawea Park, the Yellowstone River, the community skate park and ball fields. Feeling more adventurous? Hop on a bicycle and explore our charming town! In under 5 minutes, you can drive to the grocery store, head south on the highway to Yellowstone National Park through the beautiful Paradise Valley or access the interstate toward Bridger Bowl Ski Area and the bustling city of Bozeman. Uber, local taxi services and shuttle companies may be available, depending on the season and time of day.
PETS: Serendipity House does NOT allow pets. Service Animals (SA) are always welcome. Emotional Support Animals (ESA) require verified documentation from a licensed mental health professional at least 48 hours before arrival. Guests are responsible for any SA or ESA related damages.
