It was a fine place to stay for Disney. Pros: The beds were memory foam. They were pretty comfortable. The extra bed that folds out in the room with a bunk bed had a mattress that was about 2-3 inches thick. My kids added blankets and pillows to it to make it a bit more sleepable. The parking is right in front of the condo- so that was really nice. Nicely decorated, plenty of cooking supplies Ice in the freezer. Good water pressure. We enjoyed the 3 bedrooms and short walk to the Disney trams.Which is why we always try and stay in the peppervine condos when we go to Disney. Cons: no overhead lighting- had to turn on lamps in master since the lights weren’t plugged into the switch plug. Only one night stand in master bed and no plug close to the side without the table for devices to charge at night and be close by for alarms. Squeaky stairs and hallway up stairs. The upstairs bedroom doors all were tight in someway. Whether they stuck closed or rubbed against the floor. Again it is an older condo complex. Overall we enjoyed our vacation and the rest we got at night and a place to store food and our things while we were there. Oh one more pro. I didn’t have to fill out so much paperwork to stay here as I have had to at other condos in this complex. Love that so very much.

Great location to visit Disneyland and we were able to visit other attractions in the area. Lighting in the rooms was limited as well as electrical outlets

Josh and Mindy’s place was wonderful. Not too bad of a walk to the tram for Disney or even a walk right to the park. Pool was nice for our one down day to let the grandkid swim. Communication was great when we needed to ask a question.

The location is absolutely perfect for Disneyland! Sure, as the other reviews say, the condo could use an update. But I wasn’t there for that, I was there for Disneyland. The bed in the master bedroom wasn’t comfortable, but after walking 12 miles a day, it didn’t seem to matter. The kitchen is small, but well stocked, the pool and hot tub are way cool, the walk to downtown Disney was about 10 minutes, and the complex was quiet and felt safe. I couldn’t have asked for more.

This place is all about the location.15 minute walk to the Disney parks.Less if you go to the parking centre and use the trams.The property had everything we needed, and loads of space for 5 adults.Pool was close and clean.Parking was right outside and felt secure.

Family Celebration Trip

This is a great property for a Disney vacation. We had 6 adults and there were just enough sleeping places for us since most of us were singles. It seems fully stocked for families with little ones, high chairs, strollers and portable beds for them. Check in was smooth and check out easy. There are items they ask you to do when you leave, but it was minimal. Overall, a great place to stay.

This property was absolutely perfect! Accommodating all 9 of us adults on our trip to Disneyland! The walk there was such a breeze and was way shorter than I even realized. Thank you for sharing your home with us! Multiple people in the group said they would and want to stay here again!

Great location, but an update is needed

This house could definitely use an update (worn paint, missing doorknob on the security gate, and minimally stocked kitchen), but the location was excellent for our days at Disneyland. Overall, the rental met our needs and it was an easy walk into the parks, but I will try to find a different place to stay if I’m in Anaheim again.

Disney Trip

This townhouse perfectly suited our family of five’s needs for our Disneyland trip. The property is very spacious and well equipped. It felt like a home away from home. We would stay here again, no question.

Amazing property and the description matched the stay! So close to Disneyland! We have already booked a future stay!!The rooms were so nice and provided plenty of room for all of us to space out and change.

Perfect Disney stay!

This is a perfect place to stay for a Disney vacation! Parents, grandparents and 2 toddlers enjoyed this condo for Disney fun. All the Mickey touches throughout really made my kids all the more excited. Owners are great and communicated well. Will stay here again in the future! You can use the tram pretty easily to the front of Disney or walk a little further to downtown Disney to take the monorail.

Amazing location - well loved.

Owners were highly responsive, best location for a 10 min walk to downtown Disney, plenty of strollers and cute little gift for kids at check in.House you can tell has been well loved, does not look as nice as in the pictures, maybe needs some cosmetic upgrades or updates. Floors creek REALLY bad upstairs, so if you have light sleeping little ones, try and limit bathroom breaks. Bring eye masks and ear plugs due to bright lights and thin curtains and road/neighbor noise. BUT we would rent there again based purely off location and owners.

Location location location!

This place is a 10-15 minute stroll to a Disney security entrance with very few people as it is a “back” entrance. The property is darling with all the Disney character features and history throughout the unit, but when you get to the kitchen, it’s like Old Mother Hubbard’s place! That’s not to say that the dishes and the pans don’t look like an IKEA display, but there wasn’t a single spice or condiment to be found. Not even salt or pepper! (Though the shakers were cute, they were EMPTY!) The reason families rent a condo is to cook meals in and save money. Having traveled extensively for many years, it is typical to find that each tenant often leaves something of their purchases… onion or garlic powder/salt, soy sauce, oil or sprays, etc. It was stunning to see absolutely NOTHING in the kitchen! Maybe housekeeping is taking everything after each stay? It is totally unreasonable to consider buying all new basic spices for only a week vacation. The beds were very comfy with extra blankets available, but no tissues in the house so yet another thing we needed to purchase. The airport toilet paper is also better quality so bring your own if you want an enjoyable ‘go.’ And although there were clocks everywhere (which I appreciate), all of them had dead batteries. So what is the point of clocks? So in Summary, this place is ok and has the best location ever, but overall it falls short if you are hoping to fully utilize your vacation rental.

Family Vacation

If you’re looking for a great place to stay close to Disney, you’ve found the right place. Short walk to the parks. You can either walk to Downtown Disney or to the tram at the parking garages. The house was clean, had plenty of closet space, and they even left a cute gift for our kiddo. Also need to add that the parking spot was literally in front of the door. Can’t beat free parking, especially around Disney. We all enjoyed our stay and will definitely be booking again when in the area.

WHO ARE WE? Fun-loving, Hard-working, kid-adoring family who love getting outside, traveling, making memories, spending time together, & investing in others. Party of 5! Mom, Dad, 2 girls and the little boy. Favorite things to do as a family: Get outdoors, dance around the living room to Disney theme songs, laugh, & read books together at bedtime. We are blessed! Now come stay at one of two favorite places ~ Storybook Villa #1 or #2.
