In case you haven’t heard, Silverthorne is the new “it” spot in Summit County: a revamped downtown area, exciting new shops and dining options, and beautiful new lodging choices like this riverfront condo! There are many hiking and biking trails nearby, as well as world-class fly fishing on the Blue River – or book a tee time at the Raven Three Peaks golf course just down the road. And in the winter, all of Summit County’s ski areas are within 15 miles, plus there's an on-site communal hot tub to relax at the end of a long day of adventures. This is the place you and your group have been looking for!

Retreat on the Blue Condo a warm, relaxing retreat that’s perfect for up to four guests. The living area is filled with natural light from big windows overlooking the Blue River; there’s also a gas fireplace and a huge flat-screen TV for relaxing after the day’s mountain adventure. Then, step out onto the patio, put some dinner on the gas grill, and enjoy the river and views of Ptarmigan Peak! The full kitchen has all the gear you’ll need to whip up snacks or memorable holiday meals. The dining table seats four, and there’s room for three at the counter.

Other amenities include an in-unit washer and dryer, complimentary Wi-Fi, and parking for one vehicle. Plus, all Summit Mountain Rentals properties are professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival and are stocked with hotel-like toiletries and linens. Our helpful staff is also available 24/7 should you need anything.

Wonderful stay for spring skiing

Place was exactly as advertised, very clean, well-stocked for kitchen equipment and towels. In-unit washer and dryer was great. Small porch was very cute and we loved the light sound of the creek and the views. Very close to Summit County and Eagle County ski resorts.

Great property!

Loved the view of river & chairs to sit out in snow! Easy communication! I locked myself out once and they immediately picked up the call and supported me. I'd stay again with Summit Rentals at the Blue Condo!

Ski trip #25 once for each year

Ground floor property. Nice for us. The over 65 group. Has everything you need just like you were home. Since we usually come out from Florida once every year. It will be my go to place. I’ll. Plan our next trip based on it being available.

Met all my business trip needs wonderfuly

Equipped kitchen, nice little desk area with view of the tv. Washer and dryer, and a comfortable bed. The sounds of the Blue River makes beautiful background noise. I recommend it!

Blue River Beauty

We found the location on the Blue River excellent for exploring the areas of Silverthorne/ Dillon, Breckenridge and Vail. The property is smartly laid out and comfortable. The cleanliness and accomodations were a plus. The high quality of the bedding and linens was great.

Very nice Condo

The Condo is only one bedroom, but feels bigger. Nice liviing room, kitchen area and great master bath. The view of the River from the living room is nice. We would stay there again.

Good value

Small but nice unit. Clean but outdated. Beautiful view of the river passing by 50 feet away. I was surprised the owner offered car jacks as a substitute for the broken legs on the pullout sofa. Check-in was weird - I didn't get my access instructions until right after check-in time - even though I was texting and asking for them. The footsteps in the unit upstairs can be heard very loudly in this unit. Leather couch and chair were very nice.Nice little complex. Feels safe. Great access to Copper Mountain, CO. Nice amount of restaurants and stores all around.

Poor response

We are looking ahead to our weekend in Silverthorne, but when we arrived at 8pm on a Friday, there was no power in the condo. We flipped all the breakers off and on, but still no change do we reached out for support. We were told that maintenance would arrive in 15-20 minutes. An hour later, we were still waiting. I had to be uncomfortably pushy in order to speak to someone who could tell me if there were any other units we could stay in, as it appeared that help was not in its way. At 9:30, we booked lodgings through another company. While VRBO did refund our money, I felt their responsiveness was lacking.

Great location

The listing was exactly as described. It was right by the river, which was lovely. It had everything I needed. It was clean and stocked with hotel sized toiletries. It was a nice, cozy space. The check out process was really the only hiccup as the cleaning crew came about 30 minutes early as I was packing up. They quickly apologized and closed the door when they realized I was still there. I had some trouble finding where to throw out the garbage upon check out so I had to reach out to the management company. They were able to respond quickly and assist with the garbage location. Overall, it was a great trip and the condo is one Id go back to in the future.

Please make sure it's ready for us....

The place was beautiful, on the river, but there was no patio furniture included so we couldn' sit outside and enjoy it. We had a few technological issues which staff were helpful in resolving. We spoke with staff regarding a noisy refrigerator and they sent maintenance over to look at it while we were out. They didn't find anything wrong. We also had a leaky garbage disposal which they were going to take care of after we left the property. It is frustrating when the website tells you something should be in the condo, but it is not. A fan was to be in the closet of the condo, but it was not. I went out and purchased one not knowing IF I could get one, or WHEN could get one. The temperatures rose significantly during our stay and we needed more than just opened windows. Overall, the place is great, just make sure I

Lovely Riverside Condo

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: As soon as we arrived, we wandered down to the river just a stone's throw away, and had an idyllic hour with a cold beverage, enjoying the sound of the Blue River, and the dappled light through the trees. Exactly what we were hoping for! A super comfortable bed, cozy fireplace, well-stocked kitchen, and great location a short walk from Target all made this the perfect retreat for us. We had an immediate reply when we had a question about the lock - great Management! We'd love to return often to this restful beautiful place!

Perfect little place near all the action!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was better than I had hoped. Everything was extremely clean and ready for us when we arrived. I think it's bold to put carpet in a condo that is going to be used as a ski refuge, but we were careful not to track any mud past the main foyer tile. Heat/climate control was great, the bed was very comfortable and large, and a bonus was having 2 bathrooms and a washer/dryer just in case. We were out skiing most of the time but were very happy to return here at night to wind down in comfort. Although ever so slightly dated, the cleanliness, spaciousness, and layout were all top notch!
