The Sea Esta Condo, a direct oceanfront 2nd floor N.E. corner unit in Ormond Beach, Florida just a little north of Daytona Beach and south of Flagler Beach and St. Augustine, Florida. This laid back beach side vacation rental is all about the beach - casual and comfortable. It is perfect for couple or family vacations on the beautiful Atlantic ocean. The heated oceanfront pool is right on the beach. You will have to make a difficult decision - sun yourself at the pool or sun yourself on the sand? You wisely decide to do both; it's what the beach life is all about. This 2 bedroom condominium is fully furnished and has secure underground parking garage with additional parking on the main level. Laundry facilities are conveniently located right inside the condo. Separate Dining Area and Breakfast Bar. Pamper yourself with a seaside vacation in the Sea-Esta Condo.

Please remember keep the condo clean, empty trash down the chute by the Elevator, KEEP Slider and Windows closed - Salt Air / humidity is NOT GOOD.

If your unit has keys, please leave them on the counter in the unit. Please leave the Garage Door opener and Parking passes there too.

Family VACA 2024

Our family enjoyed another wonderful week in this gorgeous condo. This condo is perfect for those seeking a family friendly home away from home to stay on vacation. Very quiet and convenient to all of our favorite places to eat and shop. We would highly recommend to other families. Owners are super responsive and a pleasure to deal with. We look forward to returning again and again!

Family Vacay

We had the best time here. It was my husband and I most of the trip. Our son and his fiancé flew down for a couple days. The location was convenient while quiet. The condo was homey and the garage area was great to store the beach items and kept the sand out. Weather was good most of the week and we got several restaurant ideas from the host which we tried. We’ve been to the area before and love it!

Beautiful condo with gorgeous view!

Sea Esta was a wonderful place to stay! The view is awesome, especially from the balcony. Unfortunately it was a bit chilly when we were there, but we managed to get some good sun on the balcony every morning. The condo was well equipped, and the master bed was extremely comfortable. The condo was decorated nicely and has a great washer and dryer. The garage with the gate which included a garage is a real plus too. Just put your groceries in a cart and take them up! All in all, I would highly recommend this condo. Robert was very quick to respond when I messaged him also.
