Great location

The location was terrific, close to many shops, restaurants, and grocery. Right down the road from Daytona. Beach was gorgeous and the view was incredible. Very family friendly uncrowded beach. Room was nice and clean.

Perfect Location

Condo was right where we needed to be. Weve stayed at seawinds before and know the area. The condo was nice, easy check in, stocked with everything we needed. Owner was easy to contact, prompt and polite communication! Condo was clean and grounds were kept. Would stay here again

Home Away From Home

Extremely happy with our stay at this property! Made our vacation feel like a home away from home with the added benefit of an amazing ocean view and easy access to the beach. The condo was very clean and well stocked; comfortable beds and furniture to lounge. We very much appreciated the large selection of beach items to use, being that we flew to our destination and couldn’t bring those types of items with us. The beach was never crowded and again, so easy to access. The Sea Winds property was the perfect size - not too large to feel uncomfortable letting our teens go back and forth from the beach. Parking was never an issue. Everyone was friendly and the atmosphere was quiet and respectable. Its location provides easy access to whatever you need. There is a grocery store, liquor store, Dollar General and gas station across the street. (Tip for groceries - join the Publix loyalty program or take a short drive into Ormond to hit Aldis.) If not planning on cooking, endless options a for restaurants near by. Our family agrees, we would definitely book here again!

We were attending a gymnastics meet in Daytona Beach and decided to make a long weekend of it to enjoy the beach. The unit was clean, although the building itself was dated. My one minor issue was the beach chairs provided were rusted and broken.Just prior to our trip, we found out we had to be back home a day earlier than planned. I sent a message through VRBO to the owner on Wednesday before our trip but never received a response. Once there, I contacted the owner directly and he was so gracious and understanding refunding us the one day . Thank you so much for being so helpful. We would definitely come back .

Seawinds Was a Breeze

The condo was appropriately sized for our trip. We loved having direct beach access, and so did our car - not having to drive back and forth from beach. The property was a good mix of locals, long-term renters, and folks taking a vacation. Plenty of amenities, restaurants, and attractions in close proximity.

Great view!

Property was clean and comfortable. Only a 10 min drive to downtown Daytona. Amazing view of the ocean. Property manager was very rest and easy to work with!

Loved this !

I would highly recommend this condo. It was clean and bright. I loved that it was right on the beach with a view of the ocean from the bedroom and balcony. The kitchen had everything we needed - including coffee and sugar. The washer and dryer is right in the unit which was very convenient. Loved sitting on the balcony in the Adirondack chairs. I would definitely rent here again.

Great accommodations

The accommodations was more than we needed. The condo was stocked very well with items that you typically wouldn’t find in regards to kitchen items. Condo was clean and neat. Would like to have had a couple more towels but there is a washer and dryer, so we managed fine. The beach is quiet and no vehicles on it, that was very nice. Would recommend that you bring your own beach chairs as the ones supplied didn’t really work well in the sand. Beach items provided by the condo owners was nice and they did have a folding beach chair that was handy.

The location was great. The beach was not overcrowded and it was beautiful. The condo was great with two bedrooms, both with adjoining baths. One with king bed, one with queen. Kitchen was nicely equipped and view from balcony was amazing.

The property had everything that we needed. The condo was great, clean, stocked well. The beach was perfect and the pool was clean. The condo was actually stocked with more than expected. They were working on the parking lot while we visited which was a bit inconvenient, however we understand they have to maintain the property. Only suggestions would be, to provide a couple more bathroom towels, bring your own pillows if possible, and your own beach chairs. The chairs provided at the beach are too weak for the sand and they tend to bend and tip. Overall, perfect place to stay and we would definitely recommend this property.
