This second-floor rental features an updated, open interior with modern essentials including central AC, WiFi, and a private washer/dryer. For at-home meals, the kitchen comes ready to suit, with full-size stainless steel appliances, including a dishwasher. Enjoy a quick bite at the breakfast counter or sit-down meals in the dining nook. Experience unforgettable sunrises from the private balcony overlooking the pool area and beach. After full days of sun and fun, ease into the living room sofa or recliner and kick back with your favorite shows and movies on the smart TV before heading for bed.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. My stay was wonderful. I took my Grandson, Great Nephew and Daughter for a "back to school" weekender. The condo was in excellent condition with a welcoming "spirit". The proximity to the beach was AMAZING, as well as the beach.The complex was very spacious, and had all the amenities we needed.I am planning a visit for late August, right now!!!

Summer Vacation

This is the 4th year we have stayed at Seawinds. Such a beautiful view. Everything was great. Two years ago I had some issues with this condo, this year everything was corrected and my family had a great vacation.

Awesome Vacation

This property is directly on the beach and the pool is co-joined. I took my grandsons for a back-to-school outing. We didn't want to spend quite a bit of time out and about. Publix bring across the street helped with that. We had an amazing time. I am planning my 70th birthday weekend as I type .... Completely in love with Seawinds Condominiums💙🌹💙

Family Vacation for Three

The location is great. You are directly on the beach with pool/beach access. It is also a no-drive beach which is great! The location is safe. Publix is right across the street and several great restaurants are nearby. The beach is very clean and they keep the pool clean, as well. This may be a common rental issue, but I would bring extra towels, washcloths and cleaning products as well as beach equipment such as umbrellas.

Great stay in Ormond Beach!

Our stay overall was great. The home was nice and cozy and just right for the three of us. It was really clean and provided everything we needed as far as essentials. It wasn't too far from all the things that we wanted to do. Being an alumnus of BCU, the location allowed us to enjoy homecoming.

Nice place.

Great location. Nice pool and perfect access to beach. Condo was clean and well furnished. Comfortable beds and sofas. two complaints, only two bath towels per bathroom and the Washing machine was gross

This is a diamond!

The area is extremely convenient, it’s only a few miles from the shoppes and restaurants around Daytona and Ormond beach, the sand is beautiful up and down the area, and you even see some interesting wildlife around! Would recommend to my friends.

Perfect Peace

If you are looking for a place away from it all, THIS IS IT! A place of perfect peace. We loved it. We are a quiet family that just loves to stay right there at the condo for the entire week. We rarely go out for anything, and this place made that entirely possible. The balcony was the perfect place the just sit and reflect and have that early morning coffee. And late evening coffee too.

Beautiful place!

Perfect for family vacation

The condo was private and peaceful. The room was stocked with everything you would need at any time, even a washer and dryer which is 100% needed with a family! Being on the 2nd floor, it was easily accessible from the parking lot, pool, or beach. No elevator wait times. Overall perfect stay. We will be back!!!

Beach Views are great and Not Far from the Track for the Race

The balcony view of the Sun rise and Master Bed Room View was great. I wished it wasn't so cold on Saturday but Sunday was great. We go to Dayton for the Rolex 24Hr race and try to to stay close this will be our new spot for next year looking to rent it again.
