THE SPACE
Casa de los Sueños is Jungle Luxe`s most thoughtfully designed villa — a fully private, gated retreat where lush jungle surroundings meet genuine luxury finishes. Every detail was considered: from the custom concrete soaking tub and rainfall showers to hotel-quality linens, a Breville espresso machine, and a resort-style pool that stays sunny all day.
The main level features an open-concept living, dining, and fully equipped kitchen — complete with oven, air fryer, chef`s knives, and everything you need to cook like a local or host a private chef dinner (available on request). A stylish half bath rounds out the ground floor.
Upstairs, the primary suite is a true sanctuary — king bed, a jungle-view window seat, rainfall shower, and that custom concrete soaking tub. The second suite features stacked queen beds, a private en-suite rain shower, dedicated desk with monitor, and its own terrace — designed for adult travelers who don`t want to share a floor
Step outside and you`re in your own private paradise: an oversized sunny pool, gas fire pit, outdoor shower, BBQ grill, and mature jungle landscaping that attracts wild parrots at dusk. Fully fenced, completely private, utterly peaceful.

Guests & Community
Only registered guests are permitted on-site. No parties or events without prior written approval.
Quiet hours are 10 PM to 8 AM in keeping with the residential community.
Most of Tulum`s streets are unpaved and rustic. You are in the jungle — please be considerate of neighbors and wildlife.

Smoking
No smoking indoors, anywhere, at any time.

Property Care
Please avoid sitting on furniture in wet swimsuits, sunscreen, or body oils.
Use coasters under drinks on all surfaces.
Concrete is porous and stains. If something spills, please clean it up promptly.
Do not sit, lean, or stand on concrete sinks or countertops. Concrete is fragile; .
Please turn the lights and A/C off when you leave the property.

Tulum Plumbing
Toilet paper and sanitary items go in the baskets provided. Nothing else is flushed. Tulum`s septic systems are strict and will back up otherwise.

Pool, Wi-Fi & Trees
Please do not touch pool equipment — request assistance from guest services
Please do not touch routers or network equipment. If you experience a Wi-Fi issue, please send your concierge a photo of the modem showing its indicator lights — this allows our team to diagnose and resolve the problem remotely.
Please do not climb or touch trees on the property. Several species in the Yucatán are poisonous and can cause serious injury.

Utilities
Power and water in Tulum are supplied by CFE and CAPA. Occasional interruptions are a reality of the destination and are not grounds for a refund.

Resolved Issues
If an issue is reported and our team resolves it the same day within a reasonable timeframe, it is not grounds for a refund.

Damage & Linens
Any damage occurring during the stay must be reported to your concierge. The guest is responsible for the cost of repair or replacement.
Linens permanently stained — blood, feces, self-tanner, hair dye, ink, or any stain not removable through standard laundering — are charged at replacement cost. Replacement pricing is quoted in MXN.

Check-in: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM. Check-out: by 11:00 AM.
Early check-in from 12:00 PM or late check-out until 1:00 PM: $30 USD, based on availability. Not offered in December/January.
