The home features 3 bedrooms, each with a queen-sized bed, two baths, a fenced-in backyard with a privacy fence/patio and long driveway to park multiple cars, and a full-sized washer and dryer. Well-appointed kitchen to cook all your meals! Come enjoy this CLEAN, comfortable home! Spread out and enjoy the space!

Excellent stay

I rarely write reviews but this property definitely stands out as an excellent exception! The house is well maintained, with attention to details all around. Quiet neighborhood. Comfortable beds. All amenities are in great condition. Highly recommended!

Wedding rental

We were in town for our son's wedding and this rental worked perfectly for a family of four. The location is ideal if you are doing things on the east side of town and also has easy access to the interstate making getting into the heart of Columbia very easy. There were a couple minor maintenance issues that needed to be addressed but the owners were very responsive.

Great Stay!

We stayed 2 nights while in town for the state track meet. It was perfect for our needs and only cost $22 more than what a hotel would have cost for 2 queen beds. There were 5 of us and the space was perfect for our group. The house was spotless! We appreciated the snacks and water bottles. We took restaurant suggestions from the binder both nights and they were great! We ate at Las Margaritas and Walk On Bistreaux. We would definitely stay here again!

Very clean and quiet property

We were there for our granddaughters high school graduation. Check in was so easy. The house was clean and had the most comfortable bed I've ever slept on in a rental. We had no issues whatsoever The neighborhood was nice and quiet. I would recommend this property.

Great Spot

Had snacks on arrival and was clean and neat. Everything was as listed. There was a blow dryer that I wish was listed so we didn’t bring ours. Instructions for checkin and checkout were easily followed.

Excellent for Campus Visit

We took our teenagers to tour Mizzou and the house was perfect for our weekend visit. It was just as advertised. The coffee and treats were an added special touch and the kids enjoyed the board games. Definitely would stay again once we have Tigers!

Perfect!

The house was in a perfect location to the hwy and very quiet neighborhood. There was some boardgames that my kids saw but we did not have time to play them. They loved the house, We all did.

Lovely, accessible 3 bedroom location

Newly renovated, well-appointed comfortable location. Zero steps in the garage and front door entry. Highly recommend for anyone looking for an accessible stay in Columbia Missouri.

Great place to stay in columbia

The property owner was very accommodating esp when I asked for one more day. Nice and clean house. Real close to the University women’s hospital. First place we will check when coming back to Columbia.

Clean, Quiet, and Roomy

My wife and I stayed in this spacious three bedroom house while visiting our granddaughter at MU. We were impressed with the simple, but functional furnishings, and new appliances. The entire house was very clean, including the bedding. The neighborhood, which is within a mile of an exit on I-70, was quiet and well-maintained. The host provided a multi-functional coffee station with both k cups and ground coffee, along with welcome snacks. Overall, this house was the perfect getaway destination.
