This modern condo is lined with unique artwork and has an unbeatable central location. It's within walking distance to downtown, the University of Missouri, and famous tourist spots in the city. This condo has brand new stainless steel appliances throughout. The kitchen is fully equipped with the tools needed to cook a great meal. The living room is expansive with 11' tall ceilings and an open floor plan. We look forward to delivering you a great experience during your time in Columbia!

Great place to stay during a Mizzou football game. Fabulous location. Appreciated all the kitchen equipment so we could prepare for the tailgate. We will be back.

Great stay in CoMo!

Always the perfect stay for a football weekend in CoMo! Great location. Clean. Plenty of room. Kitchen has everything you need. Beds are comfortable. Plenty of parking. Will stay here again!

Everything was clean, obviously new. The stairs are very steep. For this group of four people ranging in age of 51-68, it probably wasn't ideal for us. The garage was nice to park in. Everything was as advertised. Host was easy to work with.

Great Location for Mizzou and Columbia Visits

Very nice property, newly renovated, clean, 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths so plenty of space for peeps and getting ready. The one thing to note is that you should be prepared to carry luggage up 2-3 long flights of stairs to get to the bedrooms. Not an issue for us but could be with people with ambulation issues.

Perfect

We were in town to visit family. This VRBO was perfect. It was clean, comfortable and new. We had plenty of room. The kitchen was well stocked. We enjoyed the breakfast bars, coffee and tea supplied. Filtered water system in the fridge was appreciated. The water for the showers was hot, strong and plentiful. Parking inside the garage was nice and not often offered. The location was right in the heart of the city. Perfect!

Close to everything

The layout of the residence is different. If stairs are a problem for you, this is a definite no. There are a lot of stairs. It was nice to have a garage to house two vehicles, but if your vehicles are larger, it may be difficult to get them in and out just due to the design of the building. But street parking is also available. The location was great. Short distance to Mizzou & restaurants. Everything we needed was just a 5-10 minute drive. Note- this is the Second unit. It was difficult to tell which unit when we arrived in the dark & I tried to get into the wrong one. There is some street noise & a hospital next door, which also had some noise. But it didn’t seem to continue into the night. Otherwise wise the neighborhood was quiet. Ample kitchen supplies. The dual coffee pot/Keurig with coffee pods & some snacks nice. I would stay again.
