Welcome to your perfect home-away-from-hom! This inviting two-bedroom, one-bathroom suite in beautiful Victoria, BC, offers a serene and comfortable retreat for your stay.

Conveniently situated just steps away from Eagle Creek Plaza which has everything to offer.

Groceries, liquor stores, fast food, restaurants, gyms, and much much more.

This is a perfect place to call home during your visit to our beautiful city.

It has a street parking only. A loving family with kids upstairs.

-There is no smoking on the property ( including vaping )
-Parties and loud noises will not be tolerated
-Quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am to respect all neighbors.

Noise

The tenants upstairs were very loud, stomping of feet and tv or music till well after midnight! The kitchen needed to be better stocked, only one knife and no ice cube trays for example. The parking was also an issue with a three car wide driveway and you still had to park across the street in front of the neighbours! The space was as listed but it would have been nice to have access to the small patio below.

Not ready for "prime time"

Given how pricey this VRBO is, we expected at least basic amenities like soap for the shower, coffee, salt and pepper. The kitchen is not really set up for cooking. We had to ask for fans given how hot and stuffy the place was. One can hear the owners walking around overhead in the mornings and evenings--up to 11 one night. The rules say absolutely no smoking, vaping, etc. on the property. Yet, each evening, another resident was smoking pot outside near the windows which came directly into the place. Recycle bin was over flowing and in front of door entire time. Wires hanging out of a few outlets as if place still under construction. And, no power the second morning, due to construction in the neighborhood.
