A 15 minute drive from downtown Victoria, Butchart Gardens, the airport, this quiet retreat, with two dedicated work spaces & high speed internet, offers nearby parks, ocean & lake walks, grocery stores, dining, & great shopping. Enjoy outdoor activities at Elk Lake, Island View Beach, Lochside bike & hike trails, & Cordova Bay Golf Course. Our space has a beautiful fully equipped kitchen complete with granite counter tops, leather recliners, a 70" TV, sonos speakers, separate dining & living, plus two private bedrooms, a bathroom with a steam shower, and gorgeous outdoor living space with natural gas BBQ, natural gas firepit & overhead heater for chilly temperatures.

What a beautiful space! My wife and I were getting married near by and the house was absolutely perfect to accommodate our every need! Nessie was kind to let us use the house as our getting ready location. Its spacious, clean, very well decorated and the back deck was a little haven! Beds were comfortable, kitchen fully stocked and large, plenty of space for leisure, and the host was very receptive and kind. Highly recommend

This is a lovely, comfortable house, with a pretty and peaceful, outdoor space. We love the area, near Cordova Bay. Thanks to Nessie, the host for her welcome to her home. A great home base for exploring the southern part of Vancouver Island!

Beautiful Garden Patio

Had the most relaxing time in the beautiful garden patio. Nothing beats the sound of birds while chilling out among a lush garden setting. Had a great stay for 3 nights!

This was the perfect home base for our trip. We started and ended each day on the lovely patio while enjoying the quiet neighborhood, flowers, and birds. The house was well appointed, and Nessie was an excellent, responsive host. I would absolutely stay here again.

This was a wonderful private home to stay in while in Victoria. Everything was drivable within 15 or 20 minutes. Quiet street. Beautiful kitchen set up with extras for the guests. Owner welcomes you to use anything in the kitchen. Signature feature is the gorgeous backyard deck lush with plants and flowering bushes. Owner very responsive to communications. We highly recommend anyone looking for a VRBO home to stay

Lovely place to stay in the Victoria area

This is a lovely home with beautiful landscaping and a great deck area. The home is very nicely decorated and very well equipped for anything you might need. It is in a quiet peaceful neighbourhood close to everything. The host Nessie was very responsive to questions and suggested some lovely restaurants/places to visit. I highly recommend this house

Well appointed home

This home is located in an upscale neighborhood, relatively close to everything. The family roo/kitchen/dining and living room areas are very inviting. The area is very quiet and tranquil.
