I always welcome guest feedback, though I must admit, much of what you've mentioned seems to reflect confusion more than actual faults with the space. To clarify a few things: the bathroom fan runs continuously as part of the ventilation system required in new builds, totally normal and up to code. There’s also a secondary fan operated by a switch, which is working perfectly. The front door functions smoothly; I tested it again after your stay and have had zero issues or complaints from previous guests. Towels and soap are stored in the one and only cupboard in the bathroom, a pretty logical and common-sense place for them. The toilet brush and plunger are next to the toilet, as is standard in most homes (and for good reason). Tea towels are kept in a well stocked cupboard right by the kitchen sink. Perhaps they were overlooked during unpacking, it happens. As for Google Maps showing you on the highway, that’s a new one. It’s brought hundreds of guests straight to the front door without issue, so it might be worth checking if your app is up to date. Hi James, thanks for your review. Your visit was in the middle of a very hot heat wave which isn’t typical for Victoria weather. We provide fans and the house is fairly shaded. You also had 12+ unregistered guests in the unit which goes against our house rules. For a small space that’s a lot of people and guaranteed to be hot.
