Whether you are visiting Colorado in the summer or winter, our 2 bedroom condo fits a family of 4-6 nicely. We are located in the heart of Beaver Creek which makes skiing in the winter super easy, and in the warmer months, you can enjoy the surrounding hiking and biking trails right outside the door. Restaurants and Bars downstairs from condo making eating out a breeze. The condo is cleaned every day and a FREE continental breakfast is offered daily downstairs. Avon village has everything you need which is a 5-minute drive, including Pharmacy, Supermarket, liquor store and more restaurants. Master bedroom has a King size bed, second bedroom has 2 twin beds and the brand new couch pulls out to a queen bed also in the lounge. Travel Cribs are available upon request. TV in master as well as lounge. Brand new gas fireplace in lounge also. Recently renovated amenities include indoor pool with fun slide, huge outside hot tub and state of the art fitness center.

Our family has been coming to Beaver Creek for 30 plus years now. Our parents bought us as children and now we get to share the same experiences with our own children. We live in Austin, TX and love to get to Colorado for skiing and also in the summer months to escape the Texas heat! We have two sons and my brothers and I have so many memories of Beaver Creek - we hope you have the same experience and create your own memories.

In the summer Beaver Creek is beautiful, after the 4th July the mountain really comes alive with outdoor activities. In the Winter, the skiing is amazing and so convenient. You walk out of the condo, up the escalators and you are at the base of the mountain!!

You have everything you need in Beaver Creek, once you arrive, there is little reason to go anywhere else outside of the village.
