Close to the beaches, great restaurants, pool/spa, and relaxing home with modern kitchen and modern bathroom that can sleep 4 comfortably. Wireless internet, huge TV, with all streaming capabilities. Safe neighborhood with 2 car attached garage. The pool and spa are heated and there’s plenty of space to enjoy the outside or inside of the home.

We stayed at this property for 39 days. The location is excellent - a quiet residential street in Huntington Beach, yet very close to shopping and other amenities.The house is quite dated and would benefit from better maintenance. A few days before checkout, we found mouse traps under the living room sofa. The kitchen, bedrooms, furniture, and equipment also feel old and could use updating.The heated pool was one of the main reasons we chose this property due to a medical condition that requires us to use warmer water. However, the owner asked me to clean and maintain the pool during our stay, then complained about the water level and temperature. Guests should not be responsible for pool maintenance.After our stay, the owner also requested extra payment outside the VRBO platform, claiming the gas bill was too high because we heated the pool, although no additional heating charges were disclosed before booking. He also requested extra cleaning fees outside the platform, despite us leaving the house very clean and even leaving behind useful items we purchased, including an iron, cookware, a kettle, and drying racks.The house has no air conditioning and no curtains in the living room.Overall, the location is great, but the property needs significant improvements in maintenance, amenities, and guest experience.
