Located directly across Highway 40 from Winter Park Resort, this spacious Lakota townhome offers easy access to Trestle Bike Park, hiking trails, mountain adventures, and year-round fun. After a day outdoors, relax in your private hot tub while taking in mountain views.

Wonderful property in a great location

This is a fantastic place with beautiful views. The kitchen is well stocked, the hot tub is in a great location (no need to trudge through the snow), and it feels spacious. We'll be back.

Skyrun WP stay

This property was great! Great space for a group of people, easy location to the mountain! Had all thing necessary to be able to cook in house. Views of the ski runs right from the living room! Would definitely stay here again!

Great place for our family of 6 + grandparents! Plenty of room. Beautiful view! You really couldn’t see the neighbors sitting on the deck. It was clean and close to so many activities! We loved the alpine slide! Definitely would stay here again!!!

Cozy Spot!

My family and I had a wonderful time at this spot! There was plenty of space, and it was so convenient to hop the shuttle each morning to the mountain! The house is close enough to the shuttle that we could actually ski back which was also really fun. We loved coming back to the cozy fireplace and hot tub after a long day of skiing!! We had a few family members that were not skiing, and they also found plenty to do in the area with snowshoeing and exploring! Highly recommend this spot!

Beauty and Ease

We stayed here for a family ski trip and loved every minute. Such a convenient location for the Winter Park slopes but also easy to run into town. We kept up with laundry, prepared meals with ease, loved the hot tub and the kids played outside in the snow piles for hours. Garage is a nice bonus. We had two families with plenty of space. Enjoyed nearby snow shoeing. Can’t wait to come back in the summer.

Not Just or Skiing

Breathtaking views from the backyard (including some birdwatching). There was much more privacy than I was expecting. The hot tub was so nice and we enjoyed hiking, alpine slide, Rocky Mtn National, rope course for kids, the gondola and live music at the top of the mountain, and so much beauty while there.

Great stay for two families

We really enjoyed our stay and would return. The unit is spacious with lots of sleeping arrangements. Gorgeous views of the slopes out the kitchen and living room. Love the proximity to the resort. Our only suggestion is for the property management company: Please stock tissue boxes, bars of soap, shampoo, conditioner & lotion in the future! We are not a fan of the "body wash / shampoo in one." The toiletry supplies are too basic for what we're paying.

Beautiful cabin/townhome close to serene nature (denver, CO)

We had one of our best vacation in Denver this season of the year (June-July). Adding to that was stay in this cabin with beautiful view from the living area and patio. We were group of 10 + 2 kids (family and friends). Sid (owner) was very responsive and helped with all the questions and information asked for. The cabin's kitchen is well equipped with all necessary cutlery and some item (sugar,salt,kitchen napkins,thrash bags, spices, oil, etc). We could not get much time to spend in cabin as we got stuck travelling outside visiting places. Yet overall we did enjoy the stay in this place, it was very comfy and homely feel. Thanks Sid !

Beautiful

Five stars for sure!! I love to snow ski but my family and I planned to vacation in Winter Park over Memorial Weekend. Even with the ski hills closed we were so glad that we chose to go. There is so much to do in Winter Park! We had a wonderful time going on hikes and driving through the Rocky Mountain National Park. We tried out the Winter Park Adventure Quest Ropes Course which was so fun, tried lots of fun different restaurants, spent the afternoon at the Winter Park Rec Center, where my kids loved swimming, going down the waterslides, & playing basketball in their gym. We also had a blast at the Winter Park’s Foundry Bowling Alley and made souvenirs at the Craft Shack at YMCA of the Rockies. Winter Park is a fun place to visit ALL year around and this is the perfect place to stay. It had everything we needed to enjoy our vacation! We enjoyed having a hot tub, back deck and grill. The townhouse was adorable. So clean, super cozy and had amazing views! Book your trip now!

Perfect gateaway

This was such an amazing home! Perfect for our two families. The host went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. The location is right across from Winterpark, it's not quite walk able with skis but the bus is .3 miles away. My younger kids skied to the bus and back (some cross country skiing fun). Thank you so much for an fun filled weekend.

Comfortable, convenient and well appointed mountain property!

My family and I stayed at this property for a week and it was fantastic! The proximity to Winter Park and Mary Jane could not be better or more convenient. The property itself was updated, very clean and had every amenity we needed (plus more!). The kitchen had everything we needed (we like to cook), the TV connected easily to our Netflix account for our kiddos and the adults loved the hot tub! I was also very impressed with the owners consistent & clear communication. We are fairly picky about our stays and had ZERO complaints about our stay. We would highly recommend this property!
