The host was communicatve only when he wanted us to be there to facilitate his clothes dryer delivery. Repeated concerns and questions took 1 week for him to respond. I. Day one we expressed concerns. A huge one was there was no place to our our clothes while staying 2 weeks. We could live out of our suitcases, but threre was no place to even set our suitcases. They turned the knly bedroom closet into a tiny bunk bed room. No dresser, no closet. We had to empty everything out of the tiny linen closet and store them on the bunk beds to use the linen closet as our "dresser". They store 2 unuseble bicycles in the unit that had all 4 tires completely flat and broken handlebars and we were expected to constantly move them around from kitchen, dining and living room out of our way. He would not respond to that either. The blankets in the closet were filthy dirty and we washed them on day one to use them. One to use as a cover over the filthy stained sofa. After we checked out, he charged our card 6] for a pet fee, claiming we had a pet. We dont even own a pet! Terrible experience.

Excellent Hosts!

The location was excellent. Right next door to lots of good food and drink but the place itself is very quite and tucked in. The 2nd bedroom was a problem tho as my friend that was to stay there couldn't sit up in the bunk bed because it was too low and she is in her 70's so the top was out too. Also there is no airflow or fan. She ended up sleeping on the couch which was comfy. I'm sure kids wouldn't mind the bunk bed issue tho. One thing I really want to say is DIMMER SWITCHES. The lighting is so bright and cold that I didn't use it unless I had to. We ended up needing 4 extra nights and tho the first place was booked the Host managed to find another available unit nearby that turned out to be great. I really appreciated how easy they were to work with. I was there to get my elderly aunt into assisted living and our days were long and full so it was a very nice place to come back to and relax. I would recommend it highly and I want to say thanks again to Janet.

Nice and simple

The condo was very clean and worked fine for our needs. However, there are a few little touches that would have given it a higher rating. The 2nd bedroom with the bunk beds is really a closet. There are no windows, and you have to go through either the master bedroom or the bathroom to get to the closet bunk bed "room". My 25-year old daughter used it and she originally wanted to be on the top because you cannot sit up on the bottom, but she ended up sleeping on the bottom bunk so that she could reach an outlet to listen to music. It's extremely dark in there with the door shut. The lighting is super bright white lights, so using a softer color or dimming switches would be nice. The water pressure in the shower is weak unless you have it on too hot. There was only one washcloth for our 3 guests, and we used a beach towel as bathmat because there was no bathmat. I would also suggest adding measuring spoons or a coffee measurer in the kitchen. Lastly, I really would have enjoyed using the paved trail that you see in the photos. However the gates along the rear of the property are locked and we were not provided a key to access it without walking a ways on a busy street to access the trail. I would recommend the space for a couple or small child to use the bunk beds, but not ideal for adults in the bunk bed.
