Additional Information:
This home is directly on the golf course and no spaces are shared with other people. You have access to the entire home except the garage. There is driveway parking available. There is a security camera in the front of the home but no cameras in backyard and no cameras indoors.

There are absolutely no parties or events of any kind allowed. There is NO smoking allowed (of any kind including cigarettes nor marijuana) indoors. Smoking outdoors is allowed with prior approval. Noise levels must be kept at a respectful level at all times. Quiet hours are from 10pm-10am. During quiet hours there is no music allowed and no loud talking outdoors. There is a maximum of 8 people allowed at any time at the home. Unless approved in advance, there are no additional visitors allowed above the 8 people maximum even if they are not spending the night. After you pass the guard gate the maximum speed limit is 20 miles an hour and the HOA is very strict about this. You will be issued a speeding ticket and be responsible for any charges if caught speeding. Upon checkout, all trash must be placed in the outdoor bins. Dishes must be washed - a dishwasher is provided. There is a $500 fine for checking out after 11AM if it was not previously approved.

The home is in a central location only 1.5 miles from the famous Las Vegas strip! Grocery, gas and coffee shops within a mile. Newest hotels nearby - Resorts World and Fountainbleau - MSG Sphere, Las Vegas Convention Center and Wynn only 2 miles away! Endless fine dining and casual options at the hotels but if you want to dine off strip these are our recommendations:
• Bagelmania for quick breakfast
• Sakana for all you can eat sushi
• Piero’s for classic Italian
• Kinarra for fresh Thai food
• Fire Fly for tapas

Uber and Lyft are readily available in Las Vegas. You are also welcome to bring your car or drive a rental car. Garage is not available but driveway parking is. Additionally, you can park on the street directly in front of the home with a guest past from the guard gate. No parking is allowed in front of neighbor’s homes.
