It was the perfect stay for me and my family. Loved the gated property, wasn’t too far from the strip and lots of restaurants and stores near by. Quiet neighborhood and space. It had everything we needed.

Stayed with my girlfriend for the week here. Wonderful property located in a nice and developing area of LV. The house was clean, very luxurious and cozy. We’re both happy with what we were offered here at the property and we hope to come back again soon!

We stayed here for 2 weeks for our climbing trip. Excellent communication with owner. Very clean condo. Great location to get to Red Rocks or Strip. We will stay here again.

The only negative was the bed's were very hard and had to buy a foam pad's . The light from outside came in the window at the door entrance need darkening . The location was fantastic to our needs .

The check in was a little rocky but not to do with the host at all. VRBO site was down, it seemed, so we couldn’t pull up the information for check in at all. I could see the header of the email, so we got into the complex. Host saw us at the door, so he txted me fortunately and was able to get us the door code. We didnt take advantage of the amenities around the complex, but it was a nice property overall.

we came to the fight capital of the world, vegas, for my son to get some high level training.in MMA. We needed a good kitchen, as we make our own food... it did not disappoint.. Kitchen was equipped and very functonal. Also, the style of the 2 bedroom was beautiful. beds, washrooms and living area where perfect.. Modern, aesthetic... well done.. overall excellent.. perfect...

Vik is the host with the most! He ensured we had everything we needed for our two week stay including ordering a small vacuum for us to tidy up. The condo is updated and very clean and comfortable. Centrally located to Red Rock (for hiking), the strip, downtown Summerlin and the airport, it was the ideal location for us to spend time with our son. I enjoyed the upgraded kitchen to make “mom” meals and the laundry room was great for our longer stay. We took walks around the area and felt very safe - so much to explore and do. The community is so quiet too. We enjoyed an exceptional breakfast at Stacks and Yokes and went back for a second time. Pier 215 was fabulous for sushi and located just minutes from the condo. Finally the community pools and gym are well maintained for your enjoyment. There is so much to do in this area and beyond, and with the best host in town, you have a fantastic place to call home. Thanks again Vik for a remarkable stay.

Simple, clean, two beds two baths, kitchen living dining. Had a dishwasher and laundry in the unit which was quite nice. The showers had good pressure, but no bath tub and no hot tub within sight of our unit.The mattresses were kinda hard, and the pillows were flat. And the host didn't communicate well about check-in and check-out procedures. Gave us the wrong door code at first, and didn't tell us the check-out time until after it had passed.

Perfect place to stay and escape all the hype at night

Property was just as seen in the posting. Very clean and beautiful property. Located in a safe, gated and quiet community. It was the nice distance from the strip, average of 15-20 minutes depending on traffic. Easy access to grocery stores. Vik was very responsive to my inquiries and communication, which I really value and appreciate. Highly recommend this beautiful condo if you are wanting a close place to get away from all the noise and flashing lights. Thank you Vik for the awesome customer service!!
