In town for a concert. Had tons of room, large bathroom, and everything you could need within 5 minutes, including Jordan Creek Mall!

We got to the hotel and we did not get the correct room that we was described. We paid for a one bedroom large suite defined by VRBO as 1500 sq ft. They moved us to a room with kitchenett with no bedroom . Bed in the room. It was one room. They said the rooms did not get cleaned , it was damaged and they were full so could not move us. The toilet had to be plunged as it wasn't working ,Every day we had to call them. They were full and could not move us. The tub did not drain well. It has a coffee pot with complimentary coffee which was nice. The bed was comfortable. The kitchenett was nice. The towels were nice The staff was wonderful and always apologetic and kind and helpful. They were pet friendly which we appreciated. We did not get the room that we booked. That was disturbing. If it had not been for the room issue the stay would have been a 4out of 5. The staff is rated a 5. The fact that everything you need is within a 3 mile radius is really nice.
