Million Dollar Amazing Beachfront Views & Pools ! Romantic, family and work oriented condo. Our east corner sub-penthouse 29th floor condo is on a 24/7 secured waterfront complex with a spectacular view of both Atlantic and Caribbean sea from the same corner balcony. You could see St Thomas, Culebra, Vieques, Palomino, Icacos, etc. Ask host & owner of Maguro Fishing Charters for a free night offer. Close to deep sea or near shore fishing grounds, snorkeling, bio bay, zip lining, beach, etc...
There is always a nice breeze, however condo has AC's at no extra charge.
Free unassigned parking inside our gated complex with 24/7 security cameras and guards
NEW ADDITION:
In case of power outages on the island, we have just invested over $8500 on a 12KW AC power battery that will run the esencial such as: all rooms lights and fans, TV, WiFi and refrigerator.

In this unit, you can expect a very nice breeze. Most of our guests don't use the AC because they prefer to experience the natural breeze, listen to the waves, and birds, but they are available if preferred, free of charge (not to set below 70 degrees as they are residential units,not commercial)
The condo has also recently installed new elevators as well as a generator to power them and hall lighting in case of a power outage.
We recommend renting a car for this area due to the fact that Ubers and taxis are not readily accessible.

The rules are basic. Respect the property and its contents. No parties or unnecessary noise. No smoking, or vaping. NO pets allowed.
No parties allowed. The number of guests reserved will be the same number of guests authorized.
Unit has nice breeze, however we have provided 3 courtesy AC's. They are not industrial, for that reason they can be used at 70 degrees or higher only

Wow, The Views!

My partner and I stayed in this room in Fajardo, PR for the majority of our time in Puerto Rico. This was our first time in Puerto Rico, so we were really happy to hear from the host almost immediately after booking this property. It was great to get some advice from a local resident as we tried to plan our itinerary for this adventure. Check in was very easy as the host met us at the scheduled time and place. Their advice was awesome and helped us find some good local restaurants and a coffee farm in the mountains close by (Hacienda Munoz). The location was very convenient for everything the NE of the island offers. You are right on the marinas for fishing, boating, island hopping, diving, or just getting out to a secluded offshore beach. This was also very convenient for getting into El Yunque and the eastern mountains of the island. It was incredible to explore the jungles. The room itself is outfitted with everything you need to be comfortable during your stay. The view from the lanai/patio are amazing. Sunrises from this room are not to be missed! Being able to look out over the islands to the east of PR is incredible. Seeing Culebra and Vieques from your room is amazing. Lastly, looking down into the ocean, you get an amazing perspective on the wildlife. Seeing manatees, dolphins, turtles, pelicans, and frigate birds with your morning coffee never got old. We would definitely be excited to stay here again!
