One of a kind property in the heart of downtown Fairhope. You have access to the whole house, carport has a lit seating area, ping pong table and Bicycles are there for your enjoyment!

Parking is somewhat limited. Two vehicles can fit under the carport. You access the unit by using the stairs that are connected to the carport.

Perfection

This home was perfect for us! The home was comfortable, very clean and well stocked. Location is perfect within walking distance to shops, restaurants, parks and grocery store. The host was beyond accommodating with clear communication and lots of thoughtful treats he left to make us feel so welcome. We will most definitely stay here again!

Had a wonderful weekend in Fairhope. The owner did a fantastic job of communicating and really went above and beyond most owners that I’ve stayed with at a VRBO.

Perfect for all occasions

The house was fabulous. We couldn't have asked for more. Location was excellent. If we weren't moving there, we would be back. Will definitely recommend this place.

The best house in the best location in the best town!

We loved our stay so much! Our family, two adults and three kids, plus one set of grandparents stayed for Mardi Gras. The house is stunningly beautiful with every amenity you could ever need. The location is perfect; you are walking distance to anywhere downtown- shops, dinner, grocery stores- and the house was right on the parade route for Mardi Gras! Billy is a wonderful host, extremely helpful and accessible. He went above and beyond and helped my husband with a space to take an important work call. I can’t say enough great things about this property and host. We cannot wait to come back! Highly recommend!
