This beautiful 2-bedroom apartment is located in the CENTER of Dubai, 10 minutes walking from Burj Khalifa. The VIEW on Burj Khalifa is amazing. INFINITY POOL and bar is available to all guests on floor 64 with an amazing view on Burj Khalifa and downtown.
All rooms are equipped with 55-inch UHD Smart-TVs with Netflix, Amazon Video, Apple TV+ for your entertainment.
Bedroom #1 is equipped with a queen bed, attached bathroom, make-up booth, and a TV.
Bedroom #2 is equipped with a queen bed and single bed as well as a TV.
Living room has a sofa which unfolds into a comfortable sofa-bed that sleeps 2 people.
FREE PARKING is available, but is on 10th floor, which is incovenient. INFINITY POOL and sky-bar with a VIEW is available to all tenants on floor 64.
1. Passports are required for check-in.
2. Groups of three or more men are not allowed.
3. Parties, loud music, or any immoral activities are not allowed.
4. Opening the balcony window for an extended period with the AC on is not allowed.
5. Smoking inside the apartment is strictly prohibited; please only smoke on the balcony with the door closed.
6. Guests found smoking inside will incur a fine of AED 1000 to cover cleaning and deodorizing costs.
