Stopped in for a quick overnight stay while picking up our youngest at Prude Ranch summer camp. The little house was super clean, very comfortable and well appointed. Comfortable bed and linens, great tv, kitchenette and bathroom. Quiet, simple luxury in lovely Fort Davis, and very affordable in comparison to hotel rooms in the area. Checking and checkout were a breeze, and we felt right at home ! Did not have a chance to enjoy the rooftop deck, but it looked lovely. Would definitely recommend, and would stay again ! Great little spot, either for a short stay like ours or for a several day get away. Would recommend ! :)

Everything was as described. Comfy bed and clean throughout. My favorite part was the roof top deck. It was perfect for using my telescope. I would definitely stay again!!

Sleeping Lion Casita was perfect for me, my husband, and teenage daughter for our long weekend trip to McDonald Observatory. Such a darling place and very comfortable and clean. We will stay there again-- thanks so very much!.

Great location for day trips

Perfect place to stay especially if you want to explore the area . We hiked the Davis Mountains, checked out the McDonald Observatory, swam in Balmorhea Spring fed pool and had dinner in Marfa. All super close by.

Property was exactly as advertised! Great location, and perfect for my 2 night stay! Comms with Matt were very good, and everything I needed was provided--highly recommend, and I will certainly stay there again!
