We have a large family and the house was spacious enough and had everything we needed for a weekend snowboard trip. We appreciated how spacious the living area, dining, and living rooms were for everyone to gather. The location was convenient to Hunter and Tannersville spots. The kids loved the game room!

This place had plenty of space for our reunion of 15 people. Location was great, but close to road and very close to another rental property. It wasn’t a problem, but not what we expected. The yard was not as well maintained as in the photos, but we were mostly inside due to the weather. Comfortable beds, large dining table, kitchen had essentials for preparing large family meals. Had everything we needed.

Wonderful

Rustic stay in a beautiful large house. Perfect for a large family gathering. We stayed here for a week in the summer. Lots of hiking and fun shops in Tannersville close by. We hope to come back next summer and enjoy another week.

My group of 16 had a great time during our stay, but there were a few things that we were disappointed to see. The first is that the front door was left open and unlocked when we arrived. Upon entering the house we found that all the exterior doors were unlocked, as well as the windows. This was a major safety concern on its own, but made worse by the fact that the neighboring rental was also occupied. We were not told that it would be occupied while we were there. We didn’t mind, but would’ve liked to have been told ahead of time. Also, the yard was generally overgrown, to the point where we couldn’t enjoy the porch nor see the koi pond. We also couldn’t enjoy the dartboard because there were no darts. The floors were dirty when we arrived, and there were a lot of cobwebs in the kitchen and throughout the house. Most of the cutlery and kitchenware were also dirty, and there was food left in the fridge. The pilot lights for all the gas burners were out so we had to light them using a lighter. If you would like to cook while staying here I recommend bringing your own cookware since the pots and pans are in rough shape. The pillows were very flat. We did enjoy using the grill, pool, and fire pit, as well as hiking the falls and exploring the area. Overall it was a fine weekend, but we were disappointed by the general lack of cleanliness and how overgrown the property was.
