Welcome to your mountain getaway in the heart of Granby Ranch! This inviting 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo is perfect for a relaxing retreat or an adventure-filled stay in Grand County. Enjoy beautiful mountain views, modern comforts, and easy access to hiking, biking, fishing, golf, and nearby lakes. Winter Park Resort, Grand Lake, and Rocky Mountain National Park are all just a short drive away.
The bright living space offers large windows with mountain views and a cozy gas fireplace for cool mountain evenings. The fully equipped kitchen includes modern appliances, cookware, and everything you need to prepare meals during your stay. The primary bedroom features a king bed, while the second bedroom has a queen bed, both with comfortable linens and cozy bedding. Two full bathrooms are stocked with clean towels and essential amenities. An in-unit washer and dryer makes extended stays easy, and a portable A/C unit helps keep the condo comfortable during warmer summer days. Fast WiFi is available for streaming or remote work.

Granby Ranch offers year-round outdoor activities including hiking, mountain biking, skiing, fishing, and golf. Lake Granby and Grand Lake are nearby for boating, paddleboarding, and lake days.
Dog Policy: One well-behaved dog allowed with prior approval and an additional cleaning fee. Dog must be house-trained, supervised, and leashed in common areas. Guests are responsible for any damage or excessive cleaning.

Such a beautiful place! We mostly spent our time in the Rocky Mountains, but this place is a perfect spot to stay if you don’t want to be hassled by the traffic of other surrounding towns.

Would gladly stay here again

Loved the spaciousness of this place, the layout, and the really nice bedding. Location was great too - a short drive to the actual town of Granby to the north, the Granby Ranch ski area to the east, and Tabernash/Fraser to the south. Parking and check-in was a breeze and the place was clean/cozy.

Great Location and Accommodations

This property was great! It was super close to the ski resort (Granby), very clean, and just what we needed for two adults and kids. Camille was very responsive and friendly. We would definitely book it again.

Spring Break ski trip

The property was perfect for our needs, being close to Granby and Winter Park ski resorts. The unit was clean, spacious, and convenient. The host was responsive and friendly. We’d stay there again.

Cozy and Close to skiing

Our stay was perfect! Very comfortable beds, spacious for four. Close to ski resort. Great cooking tools! Cozy living room and fireplace. Great view!

It was a good property but needs some upgrading. Neither bedroom had a hair dryer. Only one bedroom had air conditioning. I would stay there again.

Thanks for your feedback. We don’t list a hairdryer as an amenity at our property, but will consider adding one for guest convenience. Air conditioning is also not a common amenity in the mountains, though we do provide a small A/C unit and standing fans for guest use, also disclosed in our listing. Ski Vacation

Very nice condo. Very comfortable beds, close to Granby Ranch Ski Area and hosts are very communicative and helpful. The only downside, and it was very minor, was the kitchen was a little short on pans and silverware.

Clean and Cozy

We stayed at the condo for a weekend stay in Granby. The unit was very clean and Cozy. Unit was close to everything . Host was very assesible for any questions. I would definitely recommend!
