So wonderful we came back!

This was our second stay at the lovely casita. It is well appointed, clean, maintained, and exactly as described. One cannot ask for better hosts! They are very thoughtful and communicated well before and during our stay. I highly recommend this place!

Great stay

We had a wonderful time. The neighborhood is beautiful, very quiet and walkable. The hosts were top notch and very helpful. Having snacks and drinks when we arrived was a real treat. Comfortable, king sized bed, very clean and tastefully decorated. The outdoor space really makes this place. A beautiful view from the pool, covered eating area, nice hot tub, fire pit and star gazing at night. I would highly recommend this place to others.

Awesome!

He has done a beautiful job making this a lovely studio with lots of sweet perks and thoughtfulness. The backyard space is lovely and well maintained (not like many listings show old photos that haven’t been maintained over time). Enjoyed sitting in the backyard by the pool and in the seating area. Short drive to downtown area. Close to everything.

Amazing Palm Springs Getaway!

Had a great time for a long weekend at this charming bungalow. Impeccably clean and comfortable, and the hosts made everything so convenient and easy. Great pool area to relax in, and super close to a great Tiki bar. Highly recxomended!

Palm Springs Refresh

This place was perfect for me. Nicely appointed with everything I might need. Super clean and well decorated with mid-century vibe. The hosts were available and responsive but didn’t intrude. The location was great - very near the 111 Palm Canyon Dr. Easy to get to both downtown PS and Palm Canyon. I will definitely come back.

Lived up in every way!

Definitely would recommend. Great pool/hot tub -and a pretty quick drive to downtown and the closest Coachella shuttle stop (if that's what you are here for).

Perfect Getaway!

My husband & I had a wonderful stay at Thomas & George’s beautiful Casita! So many wonderful amenities from the private pool and hot tub to the complementary snacks & bottle of wine. Very attentive hosts. You will want for nothing during your stay I promise! We highly recommend!

Everything and more!

Thomas and George are consummate hosts! Hospitable and attentive; never intrusive or over-bearing. From the moment we opened the lime green door to the Casita to the moment we heard it lock behind us, they both were friendly, helpful and responsive to any question or needs we had. The space is "to the nines" Palm Springs cool in every detail. If you can get yourself off the lounge chairs by the pool, there is plenty to see and do even within easy walking distance (even in the rain) We look forward to returning!

Relaxing oasis

A very comfortable, convenient and relaxing place to stay. Thomas was a great host, always available to answer any questions and give us suggestions. We were able to walk many places or use the cruiser bikes. We also just loved hanging out by the pool. We will definitely stay here again if we are back in Palm Springs.

Best Stay in Palm Springs to Date

This was our favorite trip to Palm Springs yet. The hosts were amazing and very accommodating. The property was beautifully maintained and the pool with covered dining area bbq/sink were perfect for working remotely as well as eating our own meals and not having to go out to eat. Perfect amount of sun and shade options. It was nice to be so close to downtown PSP as well as have the privacy of our own pool and hot tub. Definitely would stay here again.

Perfect in every way!

We loved our stay at The Casita! No detail was overlooked in the immaculate and well-organized room. The pool/hot tub area and outdoor living space was outstanding. All around fabulous!

Located in a quiet and safe neighborhood with beautiful views of the mountains, the casita is within walking distance or a quick drive to some great eats, shopping & hiking. The Casita, patio and pool area are wonderful - all are clean, comfortable and well appointed. The hosts are great! Tom and George are very friendly and a joy to know!

Wonderful property

The neighborhood is such an interesting and fantastic collection of mid-century ranches and our room was immaculate. The star of this show is the outdoor space - a large backyard area with pool, hottub, grill, and loungers which is all dedicated to the guests in this casita. We appreciated all the thoughtful touches: snacks, yogurt, water, wine, etc and very nice toiletries. Thomas and George were friendly and accomodating.

Attractive, Quiet, and Comfortable

We enjoyed staying at the casita on our first trip to Palm Springs. The studio apartment was well-equipped, clean, and attractively furnished. The bed was very comfortable. We appreciated the little extras the owners left for us to enjoy. Full and private access to the beautiful large outdoor area with pool, jacuzzi, grill, refrigerator, and a great assortment of outdoor furniture was a big plus. We spent time out there day and night. Thomas and George were friendly hosts, and provided a lot of useful information on things to do. We enjoyed the neighborhood too-close to amenities and easy to get to downtown and to hiking trails.

Very good value

Place overall was a good value. One thing to address: if you sit on the concrete settee near the pool you'll catch a whiff of sewer gas every now and then. Aside from the gross odor, we worried that something was backing up and about to overflow. Also, the outside furniture could use an upgrade. The green chairs, while artistically distinctive, are very uncomfortable for sitting.

The Absolute Comfortable Peace of Palm Springs

What a lovely property! Technically it's indeed a casita, but that's such an understatement. Casita itself is cozy (modern hotel junior suite size, not implying small); completely appointed with everything you'll need: Nespresso machine (and pods, sugar, etc.), drip coffee maker, microwave, mini-fridge w/great refreshments, bath amenities, thick Frette robes, deliciously soft bed linens, bath/pool towels, etc...but property especially shines when you exit casita for its grounds. All your own! Spacious and well-tended backyard of your own with a 10' deep swimming pool, Jacuzzi, gas grill, fireplace, another stocked mini-fridge, shaded and sunny seating areas...and such views. We upgraded to heated pool (very reasonable pricing, IMO) and spent as much time outdoors as in. Lovely place, through and through. Hosts were nearby, but never hovering. Can't say enough about how well-thought out their property is.. Check-in thorough, but so easy and helpful. We know the area well but found a new restaurant based on hosts' recommendations that was absolute highlight of the weekend. Neighborhood is quiet, and close to so much by foot. Do heed property's guidebook suggestion to take a pre-dawn walk in the neighborhood to watch the light on the nearby mountains and take in the other mid-century homes, and to soak/swim, or just sit in the backyard at night to stargaze at the dark skies. Thank you for having us, and for the welcome gift! Memorable; can't wait to return again...and again.
