Escape to your charming forest cabin themed apartment with a private entrance, high vaulted ceilings, and natural light. Unwind with a cozy memory foam mattress and a luxurious soaking tub. Have fun with Apple TV, games, and coloring books, and cook up a storm with a glass cooktop, microwave, and toaster oven. Perfectly situated near local dining and culture, stroll through the beautiful Sunnyside neighborhood to yoga studios, coffee shops, and boutiques. Convenient street parking is available.

The space:
The bedroom features a cozy queen-sized bed, while the living area has a pull-out sofa for extra sleeping space. Please note that this apartment is located behind our main residence, above the garage. You may hear the occasional sound of the garage door opening and closing, but otherwise, it's a serene and peaceful space in a vibrant neighborhood.
Guest access
You'll have access to the entire apartment through a private entrance equipped with a digital lock. We'll provide you with a unique four-digit code for the duration of your stay.

Other things to note:
Please note that our accommodation is not 420-friendly and smoking of any kind is not allowed in the unit or on the porch. We have a small kiddo and use a swamp cooler which pulls air in from outside, and smoking is also illegal in public areas. If you're looking for a pot-friendly accommodation, this isn't it. Please don't bring any THC-containing substances into the unit at all.

Lovely stay. The unit has a great layout with a very functional small kitchen, a comfortable bedroom, and large tub/shower. Great natural light and lots of light fixtures for evening illumination. Good communication with the owner and a prompt response to the one question I had. I will absolutely book this space if it's available on my next trip to Denver.

Such a cute place! Immediately had the charm with the decor and comfort. The hosts had everything you would need and more. Communication was great and they made sure we were well taken care of. Amenities were nice and I can tell they take pride in their property. Would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic Stay

The home was perfect and cozy! Hosts were excellent and attentive without being overbearing. There’s a small fridge and freezer with all the appliances you could need for a quick vacation. The location is amazing as well - only 10-20 from the city and easy access to head north towards Boulder/Westminster as well. I would definitely recommend staying here!

Cozy and convenient spot in town!

Loved the decor, easy check in/out directions and quick responses from the host! Neighborhood was safe enough for a run in the morning and close enough to walk to food and shops! Bed and couch were cozy, shower was excellent and I appreciated coffee, cream & sugar stocked. Would definitely book this property again!

Great little spot close to everything. Historic town of Sunnyside was just right before and after the 3-day music festival we were in town for. Gannon was available when we reported a slow drain, and it was fixed by the time we got back. Great stay, great host, great time!!
