Perfect stay visiting our daughter at Franciscan University. Property was spacious, clean and well stocked with coffee and snacks. Enjoyed our stay very much. Will stay here again. 5*****

House was perfect for us as we were in town to help an ailing family member do some clean up and were only needing a clean comfortable place to shower and sleep. Beds were very comfortable and towels and linens were well stocked for our 5 night stay. Kitchen was well stocked. A minor inconvenience was the only bathroom was upstairs and the washer and dryer was located down in the concrete basement and after 20,000 plus steps a day cleaning out the relatives home it was a lot to trek up and down the steps several times to use the restroom and laundry.

Not a great house for allergies or kids. There is a musty smell from being an older house that set off all our allergies unfortunately. I did not bring young kids but wanted to warn how low the banisters are on the 2nd floor, a definite safety concern. The neighborhood seems a little sketchy to drive through. All in all it did what we needed for the weekend.

I will measure & submit height of upstairs banished. I’m sure it is complainant with building code. I have been renting this unit go several years, first as a rental unit & than as a shirt therm reviews. Check all of the reviews. It’s never been messy. My housekeeper did report the house smelled like someone smoked in there. Also it speared there was a large group in this unit.

I recently rented the Cozy Little Castle. The house was spotless, charming, and set up with everything needed. The host was very accomodating and responded quickly to texts. I recommend Cozy Little Castle without hesitation.

Its really cozy and comfortable, clean, safe, quiet, awesome accommodation, older house in an older established neighborhood. Great location and Super convient to college campus, stores and restaurants and downtown, all within 3 to 4 minute drive, perfect for moving my daughter to school. Definitely recommend and look forward to staying again on next visit.

Enjoyed our stay

A nice selection of snacks and coffee pods available. Quiet neighborhood, and communication was timely. Beds and bathroom would be a little tight for someone over 6' tall.

Great place in the Ohio Velley

Came up to celebrate our daughters 21st birthday. This is a great location: close to campus, close to food options, and close to shopping. This is our second time staying at this location we have not been disappointed yet.

Perfect locale

Perfect location and size for out visit to Steubenville. Close to the University and downtown, as well as all shopping needs. Nice size kitchen and living room.

Perfect for Franciscan Families

My wife and I stated this nice two bedroom place that is very close to campus and easy to get to everything close by. Very pleased with our stay, as we have stayed here more than once.

Short 4th trip

It’s a nice area for Steubenville, very clean and a cute house. The host was very nice, 10/10 would recommend and visit again.

this was a perfectly charming house in a perfectly charming town. the house was much more spacious than i thought, and the individual rooms were no different. the accommodations were above and beyond. highly recommend this place.
