Damage deposits required ($500 for unit & $1400 for common area). Full refund will be issued if no damages. Application fee is $150. Cleaning fee is $250. All fees subject to change and need to be verified by all guests.

This is a self check-in property and all guests who are fully paid with HOA approval will receive access instructions prior to arrival. Rental application must be submitted 30 days prior to start of lease.
