Master Bedroom has 2 walk-in closets, a freestanding tub, walk-in shower and dual vanity. Plantation shutters, tile/wood-laminate flooring throughout. Enjoy south-side views, a nature walkway, pond & water fountain view and attached 1-car garage. Enjoy orchids and tropical plants along the nature boardwalk, canoe or kayak on Rock Creek, relax in the community pool & hot tub, feed the turtles in the pond from the deck. Internet/wifi available for streaming services (NO CABLE). There is currently just one TV in unit. Close to downtown Naples and Tin City Waterfront Shops. You will also enjoy access to a walking/biking path that leads to Baker Park and Greenway Park. Just 5 miles from Lowdermilk Beach. We have 2 adult size bicycles and 1 smaller size bicycle.

Damage deposit required ($500). Full refund will be issued if no damages. Application fee is $150. Cleaning fee is $250. All fees subject to change and need to be verified by all guests.

This is a self check-in property and all guests who are fully paid with HOA approval will receive access instructions prior to arrival. Rental application must be submitted 30 days prior to start of lease.
