We provide all the amenities of home for your entire family to enjoy! Fish, swim and boat to your heart's content. Bring your bikes and take a ride to the beautiful Lakeside Park or visit the Chautauqua Belle, just one of only 5 remaining operational steamboats left in North America. The house was able to accommodate an extended family of 11, and we had a wonderful time. Wonderful backyard! Vanessa was very responsive, and the check-in and check-out went smoothly. If you're attending events at Chautauqua Institution, you'll need to plan to drive back and forth. (That takes less than 5 minutes, but it's a 30-40 minute walk, much of it along a highway.)

A very relaxing and enjoyable stay for the whole family

Our whole family enjoyed our stay very much at this property which has all the comforts of home plus an excellent patio, fire pit, and enjoyable back yard. Very close to everything while providing privacy. The Property Manager Vanessa was very helpful from beginning to end and was readily available and responsive throughout.

Quiet Location

Overall the house was good! Communication with host was fantastic! Location is good - just a short walk to the lake. House is a good size. Some issues we had - the listing does state air conditioning, which is true but only for the first floor. Bedrooms are on second and third floor and got very hot throughout our stay. Golf cart charger died so we could not use it. Everything else was great!
