It also features central air, a screened in porch with a foosball table and darts, TV with apps to watch your streaming services, a fire pit, charcoal grill, & washer/dryer. 3 kayaks with life vests and lake access at the end of the street. A full kitchen with oven, microwave, coffee maker, dishwasher, refrigerator & ice machine. Chautauqua lake across the street, relaxing, quiet neighborhood. Nearby Chautauqua Institution, wineries 10 miles, Big Inlet brewery 1 mile, restaurants, marina to rent a boat, golf, and lake Erie.

Great location with several towns nearby for dinner and drinks. Great that each bedroom had bathrooms. Kayaks for lake adventures. Large communal area for watching football or movies.

perfect getaway for family get together

For the price, you can't beat the place to stay at with a large family. We had multi generational group that included 5 adults and 2 kids. There was something to do for all ages and neat places nearby for the entire family.

Great place and location

Perfect location

This was the perfect location for a family get away. The house was plenty big and the kids loved the game room. They also enjoyed the use of the kayaks. The house was located close to Erie & Buffalo and the neighborhood was quiet.

An Easy Weekend Away

We had a very nice, relaxing weekend. We had more than enough space for 7 adults to stay and get ready for a wedding nearby. Plenty of bathrooms which was super helpful. Well-equipped kitchen. Beautiful view of the lake.

Very nice stay

We enjoyed our stay at this house. 4 full bathrooms was wonderful. Had all the amenities you would need. The host was very accommodating. Even came to help plow us out when it snowed.

Great house!

Great weekend

This house was absolutely perfect for 4 couples and a weekend away. The view from the porch was amazing. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. This house is set up for hanging out and relaxing. Very close to many drivable places to go. We will absolutely be back for another visit. Thank you for sharing your great vacation home!
