Framed by high ceilings and sunlight from the floor-to-ceiling windows, the open living room displays the heart of Saddle Ridge Ranch. With the fireplace on and your favorite movie streaming, cozy up on the living room sofa and enjoy a cup of cocoa. When hunger arises, the adjacent full kitchen boasts a full suite of stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and an expansive breakfast bar. When you aren't dining here, there are multiple other dinner options - perfect for family-style meals.

There are two primary bedrooms both providing restful havens with private balconies, large TVs, and en suite bathrooms. The additional rooms are just as comfortable with their soft linens and ceiling fans. When you aren't taking a moment to yourself, gather together in the spacious family room where games of Ping-Pong and movie nights will come with ease. A separate laundry room, office, in-floor hydronic heating, and internet access round out the stellar amenities at Saddle Ridge Ranch.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
This home is not equipped with air-conditioning.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 5 vehicles.

-On the exterior wall of the house near the front door facing towards the street with a view of the walkway from the street to the front door of the house

-On the deck from the great room facing towards the street with a view of the street and driveway

-On the backwall of the garage facing towards the garage doors with a view of the garage doors and trash can. This camera does NOT have a view of the entry door from the garage into the house - on the garage bays and main garage doors

-Each garage door keypad (1 for each garage door) has a camera with a view of the driveway and the person using the garage door keypad



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
