This pet-friendly three-bedroom condo is located right off the 192, with easy access to a great selection of restaurants, golf courses, shopping spots and entertainment.



Featuring three bedrooms, this condo can host up to 7 guests at a time. The primary bedroom features a large King bed, private patio entrance, and ensuite bathroom. The bathroom has a soaker tub and large standing shower as well, plus a double vanity. The second bedroom has a Queen bed and also a private patio entrance. The third has two double-beds, so this is a great family suite. All the bedrooms have smart TVs with high speed internet access.



There is a fully equipped kitchen, loaded with high end stainless steel appliances. You'll love the deep double sink, full sized fridge/freezer combo, and large capacity dishwasher. There's lots of room for cooking on the granite countertops, and plenty of cupboard space to keep your snacks handy! There's even elevated kitchen bar seating for anyone who cares to watch while you're cooking up a masterpiece! The suite also features a family dining table.

Pets are welcome. A maximum of two pets under 40 lbs each is allowed. A pet fee of $99 per pet will be added if pets are included at booking. Please note the booking platform only allows one pet to be selected; if bringing a second pet, the additional fee will be collected after booking.



HOUSE RULES

• Parties, events and smoking/vaping are prohibited in or around our property.

• Please check-out on time. Late departures will result in a charge for each additional hour the property cannot be accessed for turnover.

• Large messes will result in an additional cleaning fee. Please clean up after yourselves and your pets.

• Firearms and weapons are strictly prohibited on the property.

If any of these house rules are broken, you and your group may be subject to additional charges or be requested to vacate the property immediately without refund.
