Beautiful Pool Home in St Petersburg near EVERYTHIING! Bring your Boat!

Welcome to 7960 Country Club Road N, in the well known Jungle Prada Neighborhood of St Petersburg. 5 min from the Tyrone Mall, 6 Min to local beaches and restaurants and 10 minutes to Downtown and the Pier! There is a free boat launch a block away on the Intercostal and the house has a separate driveway to park your boat! The house is a mid century modern style with a massive master bedroom that can sleep 3 or 4, with king bed, walk in shower, soak tub and shower. the other 3 bedrooms have queen beds and the living area and dining room are spacious. You'll love the new kitchen with a table that seats 10 people and an island that seats four. The pool area has a 6 person jacuzzi and lots of space and lounges for guests to lay in the sun, or sit by the fire pit at night. Of course there is a gas grill on hand. The lighting at night around the pool area is relaxing and takes you away to any island paradise. It's a dream home for guests who want access to the best in St Pete.

What a great place!

When we arrived at the property, there were croissants, fruit, yogurt and waters for us. The beds were comfortable and sheets clean. Plenty of towels. The house is very spacious, It was definitely not pool weather, but we did use the outdoor firepit (wood was supplied). There were 6 of us staying. The property is very close to the mall, lots of restaurants, Johns Pass and the major beaches. Very pleasant stay. Will definitely book again!

Sunny vacation

This is such a beautiful property in a truly ideal location in St. Petersburg, close to beaches, restaurants and shopping. The house was spotless and well appointed and Steve, the host/owner, was super responsive about getting back to us regarding questions we might have. The Jungle Prada neighborhood is quiet and beautiful with winding streets and beautiful old trees with well maintained homes- such a great place for walks, running or bike riding. The yard and pool area is very private and nicely landscaped. I can't say enough about this beautiful home! Hope we get to go back.

Lots of good, but some misses

Overall solid stay at this property. Able to get in a little early. First impression was good. Great open floorplan and kitchen and living area were very nice. Between beds and couches, plenty of space to sleep everybody.Ran out of toilet paper, garbage bags, and paper towel during our stay. Told that Publix is .5 miles away and we would have to get our own.If you have people staying that are allergic to dogs, ask the owner if there was a dog in the house. My son is allergic and was a mess all week. This is not the renter's fault, but mine for not asking ahead of time.

The neighborhood is incredible, Jungle Prada is where the Indians first settled in Florida due to the elevation of the land. It's right on the Intercostal and has peacocks walking the streets to greet you. The neighborhood is near everything, beaches, malls, restaurants and 10 min from downtown.

The house is awesome. The backyard is huge with loungers by the pool, firepit and jacuzzi It's very spacious. The master bedroom is massive and if you bring an air mattress, you can sleep 2 more in it. The dining room has an expandable table for 10. The house has the driveway for cars and on the side a driveway for a boat. It's the perfect vacation house. Lot's of room for everyone!
