Living room: Comfortable seating for the entire family - sofa, accent chairs, bench - and a 65" Smart TV.

📝 RENTAL AGREEMENT

A signed rental agreement + valid government photo ID (passport or driver's license) are required before your reservation is confirmed.

Easy process: sign electronically, send a photo of your ID from your phone.



🎟️ RESORT PASS

All guests' names must be registered in the Windsor Island gate system.

Pass sharing is not allowed - unregistered guests must vacate the property.



🔑 CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT

Check-in: 4:00 PM · Check-out: 10:00 AM

Self check-in with keypad.



🌡️ POOL HEAT (OPTIONAL - $35/NIGHT)

• Must be booked for your full stay - request at least 1 week before arrival

• Recommended October through March

• Runs 9 AM–9 PM, set to 88°F

• Heats via heat exchange: below ~60°F outdoors it may not reach temperature, and pool heat is non-refundable in that case

• Pool and spa heat don't run at the same time: spa heat on = pool heat off

• Pool is cleaned weekly, so you may see our pool staff during your stay



🍖 BBQ GRILL RENTAL (OPTIONAL - $95/WEEK)

Please request at least 1 week in advance so we can arrange it.



📹 SECURITY

Gated community with 24-hour security.

External cameras on the premises for property and guest safety.



🗑️ TRASH

Daily collection - trash must be bagged in kitchen trash bags.

No loose trash in the outside bin; it will be rejected by collection workers.



📦 PACKAGES

UPS and FedEx deliver to the home (USPS does not).

We're not responsible for missing or returned packages.
