Here comes the sun! Majestic Sun 1002B is a tenth-floor condo in Destin's Miramar Beach that ensures its guests enjoy the coastal sun and gorgeous beaches to the fullest. The beachfront condo boasts front-row Gulf views, cozy accommodations, and access to first-rate resort amenities. With two bedrooms, it can accommodate up to seven visitors.

The main living space of Majestic Sun 1002B features a sunny open floor plan. On one end, a set of sliding glass doors extend onto a spacious balcony with incredible views of Destin's sugary shores and jewel-toned Gulf. Furnished with tables and chairs, you can bet you'll be spending plenty of time on this covered deck and relaxing in those paradise breezes! You can also enjoy the scenery from inside, with the living room sofa and accent chairs offering a good look through the windows. The living room's royal-blue, queen-size sleeper sofa faces a flatscreen TV for entertainment. A glass-topped coffee table and comfortable rug round out the laidback space, while a full mirrored wall accentuates the spacious interior—and gives you double the beach views! Tile floors flow into the dining area, which includes a wood table and four chairs. An additional four raised chairs are located at the adjacent kitchen bar. The open kitchen overlooks the dining and living rooms. It includes maple-colored cabinetry, granite countertops, and stainless-steel appliances.

The condo's primary suite features a king-size bed, lovely beach art, a TV, and access to the romantic balcony. It's private, and the ensuite bath has a double vanity and tub-shower combination. The guest bedroom is great for the kids, as it has a twin-over-full bunk with stairs leading to the top bunk. The room has access to a full hall bath.

A stay at the Majestic Sun means access to amazing amenities. The indoor-outdoor pool is one of our guest's favorites. Inside, the pool is surrounded by high ceilings and a paver deck. Huge windows on one end overlook the Gulf, and an opening allows swimmers to move easily from inside to outside. An additional full outdoor pool and patio provide ample space to lounge under the brilliant Destin sun. Other amenities include two bubbling hot tubs and an exercise center. Guests can also enjoy the full Seascape Resort grounds, as well as discounted rates on golf, tennis, and recreation rentals. To top it off, the beach is less than a one-minute stroll, as the public access is just across the street. Talk about convenient!

Majestic Sun is also close to dining, shopping, and vacation entertainment. Restaurants within walking distance include The Whale's Tail, The Royall Palm Grille, Surf Hut, and Cabana Cafe. A fun village center is located nearby, featuring restaurants, a night club, and an arcade. Silver Sands Premium Outlets, Grand Boulevard, and the Village of Baytowne Wharf are other fun entertainment venues within close proximity that are worth checking out.

*Two complimentary parking passes are provided. Additional passes may be purchased for $15.00 each. Monthly winter guests must purchase a parking decal for $25.00 once the complimentary parking pass expires after 15 days.

*Majestic Sun is a smoke free environment with smoking and chewing tobacco prohibited in all common areas, including the garage, walkways, pools spa, and pool decks, as well as on the balconies.

*Based on the daily temperature and at the HOA's discretion, the community pool is seasonally heated.
