Relaxing Beach Getaway with Friends!!

It was a great trip, the place looked just as pictured. The beds were comfy and the best part was waking up to an oceanfront view every morning!! The property manager, Alex, reached out frequently to check in and make sure everything was to our liking. Overall, I would recommend this place to couples wanting to get away to a relaxing place!!!

Great View!

Beautiful, clean apartment. Great view and location. There were some continuous issues with the elevators, but it was only a problem at the end of the night when all the concert goers came home at the same time.

Great escape

I was looking for a place to escape the routine of everyday life and a place unwind. This place exactly what I wanted and more. An hour after we left my wife asked when are we coming back. We both enjoyed it.

Our stay was amazing, the only thing is it was listed to sleep 7 people and only slept 5. But the owner offered to bring us a bed up. So communication was amazing! Overall it worked out perfect.

Very nice condo

My wife and I loved this quiet peaceful tranquil spot on the Gulf of Mexico. Everything you need is supplied very comfortable beds which is very important to us anyway, not hard not to soft just right. If I were to suggest one thing to improve on it so be spend a little bit of money on the balconies furniture. The best asset you have is a large balcony overlooking the Gulf… but overall no complaints loved this place and plan on returning someday.

Luckily there are a few pools to choose from. Stay away from the main pool and you will have a wonderful stay!

I’ve maker was not working. Had to send pics and wait for ice trays to be delivered. The owner had knowledge it was broken but didn’t fix it prior to arrival. The Master bed room shower had issue… again had to send pics and wait for someone to come change out the shower head. The Master bedroom TV wouldn’t work properly… AGAIN had to have someone come look at it and ultimately could not fix it. Spent a lot of time waiting on things to be fixed that should have been fixed before we arrived.

Great vacation with my family

The check in was difficult because I was sent a handful of codes and did not know where to park, that I needed a pass to get in and out of parking. Parking was almost always full and we had to parking a parking deck most of the time. The elevators were very busy and some of them broken for two days. The condo was clean but the furniture was dingy. It took us three days to find the switch for garbage disposal but it was broken anyway. The furniture and rugs definately need a shampoo. The furniture on the balcony consists of three broken chairs and a table. The fan in one of the bedrooms didn’t work but a box fan was placed in the room. None of the TV’s in the bedrooms worked. I didn't notice when I booked this condo that it had a street between the condos and the beach. That made for a lot of noise. I’ve had better experiences at other condos. I did enjoy spending time with my family at the beach but expected more from my condo.

We’d like to clarify that when you brought the issue with the garbage disposal to our attention, we had someone out to address it right away. Had we known there was a concern with the bedroom fan, we would’ve been more than happy to send someone to take a look during your stay—we’re always available to assist and want our guests to be as comfortable as possible. Regarding check-in, we understand it can feel overwhelming during a busy week. That said, our team was available and walked you through the entry process, including explaining which codes were for the unit, parking, and access. The area is extremely popular, especially during peak season, and while parking directly in front of the building is limited, that’s exactly why the parking deck is available to all guests. We appreciate your comments about the furniture and overall condition of the unit and will be reviewing these concerns internally so we can continue making improvements. Thank you again for staying with us, and we hope we’ll have the opportunity to better serve you in the future.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I had a great time at the Majestic Sun 1109B! Easy check in, beautiful accommodations! The unit has been beautifully renovated. The kitchen had everything we needed and plenty of space! Parking was easy. Even if you can't get a spot in the lot, the parking deck is right there. And the unit was SPOTLESS!I love having a code to enter the unit, it made getting inside so much easier after a long day at the beach with our hands full. We didn't have to dig for a key. The location is perfect! It's away from the busy life of Destin, but close enough to drive to dinner. Loved the store off the lobby! The furniture on the balcony could use some updating, but they have pictures on the listing, so it was no surprise. Highly recommend, we hope to go back! Thanks for a great family vacation!

Reviewer Comments: View was spectacular... but walked into dirty towels on the dryer and used soap in the shower not what you want to see after that view.. dining room chairs were old and all stained .. screened door in living room was ripped and fly’s were getting in.. had a coffee pot but should of had filters for you..I know you buy your own coffee but at least have the filters .. the floors looked clean but very dirty bottom of your fee were black couldn’t walked bear footed in there. After all that the view was spectacular..
