***Absolutely NO bachelor or bachelorette groups and more than 12 people unless prearranged with owners.

*** We provide 4 kayaks, 6 adult life vests, 4 paddles & 2 fishing poles. Toys for toddlers: Mini table/chair, pack & play. There is a permanent swing gate at the top of the stairs. Outdoors: Cornhole boards, Connect 4, Little Tikes bubble, water stand & large plastic wading pool.
