Unique wooden duplex near the sea.
The house is a duplex. You will have your own bathroom/kitchen and entry.
We are located on a beautiful, very clean Boulevard. Across from the boulevard is a sandy quite beach great for walking, swimming or playing in the sand. We are away from the city but only a 10 minute electric trick ride away. My wife designed the house herself. It is made of wood which is unique in the Philippines. She has planted alot of plants that attract birds and butterflies hence the name 'Bird Friendly Inn'. The main bedroom is located in the loft. An extra bed can be set up in the lower living room.

Hello My name is Chris and my wife is Ann. I live near Seattle, Wa while my wife and son live onsite at the Bird Friendly Inn. I help out with the computer side while my manages. We both enjoy gardening and nature.
この宿泊施設のオーナーになった理由
It is great to walk over across the boulevard and be at a quite, sandy beach. A lot of improvements have been made to our neighborhood and to Bayawan City.
