WELCOME TO PARADISE!
This spacious 1BD/1BA condo located on the Marco River, is a perfect escape to relax and unwind. The condo is located in the popular waterfront community of Anglers Cove, with 2 Pools, 2 Hot Tubs, 2 Tennis Courts, famous Dolphin Tiki Bar & Restaurant ON-SITE, elevator, Next door to Rose Marina, where there are boat rentals, sightseeing tours, etc. Anglers Cove is centrally located within walking distance to bars, restaurants and grocery store. The condo comes fully furnished and equipped, including basic cable & WiFi. We also provide starter toiletries for your convenience. Some of the features include: Full Size appliances including washing machine (community clothes washers and dryers are located on same floor in laundry room across from elevator for pay per use), queen size bed in bedroom, full Size sleeper sofa in living room, Open / Spacious layout with full kitchen and dining for 4, two wall mounted Flat Screen TVs and a lanai with table and chairs to enjoy your morning coffee or afternoon cocktails.
