Lovely upstairs apartment with all you need for a relaxing lake get-away. Laundry, free street parking, coffee maker. Just a few hundred yards from Lake Erie. See beautiful sunsets, walk along the lake, eat and shop at Dunkirk City Pier, and Boardwalk shops and restaurants. Property sits along the Lake Erie Wine Trail, a short drive to SUNY Fredonia, about 70 minutes drive to Niagara Falls, 35 minutes drive to Chautauqua Lake.

The host was really friendly and easy to communicate with prior to and during our stay! The apartment was filled with everything needed for our stay and more!! They even added a gift card for breakfast and good luck note for our tournament!! Huge bonus- the apartment is only steps away from a clean beach on Lake Erie!!! Great place!! Highly recommend!!!

We have stayed here several times and its perfect! Lots of amenities, close to the college and lake. Wonderful place. Ryan the host is always available and easy to work with :)

Very cute, quiet and clean! Just a short walk to the lake shore or Tim Horton’s for coffee! Lovely little find that beats a hotel. Great experience.

Super sweet place

The place was nicely decorated, cozy and located a block away from Lake Erie. Pretty place to take a walk to the beach area. I’ll definitely stay here again when I visit my daughter at SUNY Fredonia!

Absolutely love this place. We have stayed multiple times and will stay again next time we head home to see family. Host is Fantastic! Location is Fantastic! And the space itself is Fantastic! Well worth the price! Really made the weekend that much more enjoyable.

You can see the waters of Lake Erie from the front of the house and it's less than a five minute walk to the beach. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. More spacious than I realized. I meet the owner briefly and my immediate impression was of a kind and good human being. I'd stay here again.

Great place to stay when you have an event in Fredonia

We needed a nice place for one night when we were attending our grandson’s senior recital at SUNY Fredonia. This two-bedroom apartment was just the ticket. Very clean with plenty of amenities and comfortable beds. The only drawback was the steep stairs to the apartment, particularly for 80-year olds!

Great place to stay

This was exactly as it was pictured. You walk in and it felt and smelled clean and refreshing. All amenities that you need were there… Various types of shampoo and conditioners and shower gel. Kitchen was fully stocked with what you needed. Wish I had found this place sooner. I would’ve happily stayed here over the last several years.
