The house has everything needed for an enjoyable and stress free vacation. We would definitely stay at this property again. As an added plus, this house is within biking distance to multiple trail systems.

The Yellow Dog house was a 10/10! It looks exactly like the listing. Has a full kitchen, comfy beds, very modern and cute! Location is amazing, right by crystal bridges and downtown!

Everything was ready to go. There were even extra supplies if we had needed them. Plenty of space for our family of six - 4 kids aged 11-17. The house was close to everything we were in town to do. Would book again 100%!

Great place to stay and great location! It was clean. Each time I texted Questions, I received a quick reply. It was nice having a garage for the vehicle and bike racks for the bikes. I highly recommend and would stay here again. It was perfect for my two younger grandchildren, their parents, and me.

A getaway to introduce my BFF to Bentonville. She was not disappointed. The Yellow Dog House was perfectly located near downtown shops/restaurants, Crystal Bridges and easily navigable to outlying areas of Bentonville. Our host was very responsive to any questions and had great suggestions. The house was clean, quiet and comfortable. Although we didn’t spend a lot of time at the house, I would stay here again.

Very clean, nice soaps, garage big enough for a vehicle and bikes. Had to use my own app for TV on good quality tv, small refrigerator/freezer. Beds great, sheets very soft and comforters really nice. Rain shower heads with plenty of water, pressure and hot water. Hot water very slow from all faucets-would benefit from recirculating hot water

Clean, spacious, and bright. The kitchen has the basics you will need though the freezer is quite small and not great for making ice. Plenty of towels and comfortable bedding. A/C worked great, too. The washer and dryer are quite loud so don't plan on doing laundry at night if anyone is trying to sleep :)

Great house, great location!

This is a very nice house in a quiet neighborhood. It is nicely updated and very well decorated. It is convenient to downtown Bentonville and the surrounding area. We enjoyed our stay!

Wonderful house by downtown square

This house is so cute and right by the Bentonville downtown square. There was plenty of space for my family of four. My kids loved it too!

I grew up in Northwest Arkansas- moving to Austin, TX in 2014 and back to Bentonville in 2020. Yellow Dog House was inspired off my love for Austin and the trendy home designs mixed with the smalltown charm of Downtown Bentonville. We love biking, trying different local restaurants, spending time outdoors, and the vast selection of arts and music.

We're also less than 2mi from 1-49 to give you quick access to other great neighboring towns like Rogers, Fayetteville and more.
