Your Sedona retreat awaits! In the heart of everything! This family friendly 3-bedroom 2-bath home is just blocks from Sugarloaf Trailhead in *the* bustling West Sedona. Stylish and modern, you will enjoy amenities and comfort in this dazzling home. Open concept kitchen with Quartz counters and island. Fireplaced living room to snuggle up for a movie. The expansive yard is perfect for star-gazing from the hammock, laying out in the sun, or watching the sunset over dinner on the patio. NOW WITH FIRE PIT & GRILL!
The space
We have 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. 2 Queen beds, 1 Bunk Bed (Twin size bed on top, Full size bed on the bottom). And the sleeper sofa, which can be converted from a couch to a bed, to sleep one additional person.
Guest access
You will have the entire house and backyard to yourself. 4 cars maximum between the 1-car garage and driveway. No street parking on Sanborn Dr.
